Window World promised delivery and installation of the custom patio doors 3 – 5 weeks, but they took a little longer. The installation took a number of days due to the heavy rains and traffic issues and forgotten trim left a large gap around for a few days. I was unhappy with the service and said so, and the owner called me to apologize and straighten everything out. I will say I Donald, their service manager is outstanding, and have appreciated doing business with them in the past.
