I’ve bank here since I moved to here 9 years ago. The service is great and it is never overly crowded. The people there are always nice and treat everyone that comes in with respect. Occasionally, they forget to put the cookies out but that’s okay.

Be extremely careful when a teller volunteers to ask their manager if they can get some sort of approval in order to free your check up sooner than the standard wait time on a check. This is a scam and will result in the teller stealing your debit information then selling it to someone out of state. A bank teller at the Clayton branch of U.S. Bank did this very thing to me and one of the tellers at this location recently tried to do the same thing, but I told her not to leave the station and to finish my transaction. Informing any of the management at these banks will result in a dead end. You’ll also notice U.S. won’t even care about this review. Don’t trust your money with this bank. Take all of your money out and go to a private bank that actually cares.
