I am a process server who occasionally is retained by Ms. Simms’ office to serve initial pleadings, such as divorce papers, civil actions etc.

She is dedicated to her profession and meets the high standards set by the Florida Bar that too many attorneys fall woefully short of. I have seen Ms. Simms in the courthouse. Her attire is professional and demonstrated the pride she has in her work and her profession. From the Florida Bar website I see that Ms. Simms was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997.
Ms. Simms works extremely hard and balances her work week by operating in three different offices across three counties. Tireless and competent, I would recommend her services to everyone.
