Back 2 Basics Fitness Training offers the best in weight loss, nutrition, body building and fitness. We work with all body types, male or female and it does not matter how old you are. All that matters is that you want to feel good about yourself.
Trained by Jack LaLanne himself, we have the equipment, knowledge and desire to get your body in shape.
Getting fit is a lifestyle. You cannot just exercise without eating right which is why we offer nutrition guidance as well, with a certified nutritionist.
Your initial consultation will last about 2 hours and includes your first workout. This is where we will learn about your goals. What do YOU want for yourself? Do you want to lose weight? Get those muscles you have always wanted? Do you want to body build?
We will go over your daily routine, what you eat and how often. Are you getting enough protein? Enough vitamins? (We do not endorse any given product).
The initial consultation is not free, so please call for pricing.
We will drive within a 30 mile radius of 19 444 if you would prefer to work out in your own home. Serving most of Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

Established in 1978.
Marc has traveled the world with Jack LaLanne preaching super fitness and nutrition. He has spoken in 40 countries, including Japan, and has helped thousands of people change their life around through correct training principles and nutritional guidance. Marc has managed the largest health club chains in the world, including Jack LaLanne, Living Well Lady, Family Fitness and was instrumental in the long established Club Nautilus chain. He believes that a healthy lifestyle is a way of life. What he has learned from Jack LaLanne can be compared to learning computers from Bill Gates.

Marc Sandler has held Bodybuilding and Powerlifting titles include Mr. North America, Mr. Eastern Coast, Mr. America (placed), AAU National Powerlifting Champion. He holds black belts in both Shotokan and Kenpo disciplines.
