Food was great and the service was awesome! Wish we had an Applebee’s back home in Hawaii!

The new way to order an appetizer sampler isn’t what it used to be. The food tasted just fine. However, the portions are smaller and the prices are more expensive. Our server was super polite and helpful, but I don’t have any reason to come back for the sampler items. I’ll order a regular meal next time. Oh yeah, and there was a gnat in my iced tea.

One thing, aside from the discounted apps and new burgers(which have been great), that has kept us coming back is the outstanding service provided by the bartender that is usually there on Monday nights. Job well done.

Always love coming here! It’s great place to grab a quick bite to eat that isn’t typical food court food. I haven’t been able to do a sit down here seeing as that I usually run in here for their to-go menu and head out. Their service is fast, efficient and always friendly! I’m staring to become a regular and they usually have my order ready to go when I drop by. They’re consistent adding new menu items and I love seeing the new additions including healthy and fit items. It’s a great get together place for a Purdue game or of any occasion.

The food in this place is incredible, but the real reason I came here is because of the absolutely BEAUTIFUL hostess they have. If I can recall, her name was Rachel I believe. Anyway, she was so kind and polite and directed me to my table with such confidence. Confidence is SEXY. And excuse my French, but DATASS was BANGIN like a heavy metal drummer. She is downright the most gorgeous girl I’d ever seen and if anyone ever has the chance to meet her they should tip her 100 bucks every time. Her smile is enough to brighten your whole day and her eyes sparkle when she looks at you! Also I bet that her boyfriend(which she has to be taken if she’s so beautiful like she is) is awesome. Anyway, this girl is enough reason alone to go to Applebee’s. Straight up dawg.

As Applebee’s go, this one is pretty good. It’s located inside the mall, next to the main entrance, and can be entered from inside or outside the mall. Mostly busy all the time, but I have never had to wait for a table here. The 2013 lunch menu is pretty good. I had the California Shrimp Salad that has big chunks of avocado, black olives and generous shrimp. It’s on a choose-two lunch menu, and I would make a double order next time. It’s really that good. Service is always good and fast here. Not one of my go-to dining choices, but it’s nice for a change of pace.

I always have a great time here. The food is great with a wide variety to choose from, and the service is always excellent. I actually go out of my way to eat here. There’s always a friendly face and if I go alone, there is always someone to have a conversation with. On the rare occasion that anything isn’t perfect with my meal, they are quick to fix it and to adjust my bill. I have no complaints. This is an amazing place to eat with amazing employees.

Fattening food from a chain restaurant. If you don’t really care what you’re ingesting then go for it. Their food is just mediocre. I think the only things I really like here are the Asian chicken salad(which, like another reviewer mentioned, is as full of calories as all their other food) and the wonton tacos. I will say the pork wonton tacos are actually really, really good. Service here is average. I mean, it’s Applebee’s.

In general, I don’t mind this type of restaurant for a meal. The only appetizer worth ordering is the Queso and Chips. I’ve learned that some of their menu items can be deceiving though. For example, I loved their Shrimp and Spinach Salad… until I found out it was a whopping 1,100 calories. it’s amazing how you can take something that appears to be pretty healthy and spin it in such a way that it amounts to that many calories and that much saturated fat. If you’re at all conscious about your diet, I’d recommend asking for dietary information or looking it up on your phone before you order.

My last 2 or 3 Applebee’s experiences have not been so great. This one was the last straw. I remember going here when I was in college and enjoyed it a lot more then. On this visit, the server was barely interested in keeping our drinks refilled, didn’t ask us how the food was, and had to be prodded to bring us the check. I know it’s slow on a Saturday afternoon, but that means there’s no excuse not to keep up on things. The spinach artichoke appetizer lacked flavor and tasted like it was made from canned spinach. The accompanying salsa was better than the dip. My pasta dish did not come out looking like the picture… the sauce was supposed to be creamy, not clear and watery. I ate the shrimp out of it and that was about it. I was so disgusted with this experience that I’ve had enough of this chain… 3 strikes and you’re out. This last one was the worst. Why not just serve it to me in a dog’s bowl? Tastes just about the same…
