Pros: delicious pretzels, large servings Cons: located in the landing which sometimes has terrible parking, services was less than stellar, long wait time(on one visit, will not judge too harshly for that!), rock hard cream cheese dipping sauce My mom raved about this place, so I came here with her recently. When we walked in, there was one girl working and a few people dining in. We were not greeted, and she looked pretty busy preparing pretzels. We stood at the counter and got her attention. After we ordered and had begun to pay, she informed us it would be around 10 minutes for pretzels. I found it odd they were out of pretzels when the place was practically dead. I would have liked her to inform us earlier, but my mom insisted we wait because she was having cravings! No worries, I’d rather wait for hot fresh pretzels than have ones that have been out of the oven a while. We got pretzel sticks to share with cream cheese. The cream cheese was served so cold it was basically freezing. I always prefer when pretzel places serve warm cream cheese, or at least serve it at a temp where you can, you know, dip it! We had to use knives to cut up the cream cheese and spread it on the pretzel. Not ideal at all. Great taste, especially hot and fresh. I’ll be back, but I’ll hope there is not a wait!

Found this little gem while downtown and am pleasantly surprised. Yes it is just pretzels but a good variety of flavors. I opted for the jumbo pretzel which was accurately sized with cheese dip. Really soft and good flavor, could use more salt though. Other then that I will definitely be coming back for another round or… five!!!
