Holiday weekend, only one register open. Long wait at Geek Squad… one employee just waiting for other employee to finish with customer so she could ring out customer. We had a 2 second question and had to wait over 6 minutes to ask it while employee just paced back and forth waiting for other employee to finish. Thanks for wasting time.

I’ve had many interactions with people at this store and unfortunately as of last night I will never shop there again. I went into the store to get software that would allow me to use windows on my iMac. I was told that this one program called parallels would be perfect for what I wanted to do. After asking the associate if there was anything else I needed to make the program work, I was assured that nothing else was needed. After getting home and installing program I come to find out that a windows install disk or image file was needed. I proceeded to call the store and express my misunderstanding with customer service and was rudely told there was nothing they could do to fix the misunderstanding and that they would be more than happy to sell me windows. After explaining the situation they were not willing to offer even an apology for the lack of customer service I received. I am currently a elite member with best buy but I will never I mean never shop at this best buy in the future.

Bought an os from best buy for 200 $ and didn’t realise it was the wrong version until I already got home and opened it. Went back to return it and they said I couldn’t because it was already opened. I tried to explain that I was given the wrong version since they give it to you at the register. Then they got a manager who had a really grumpy attitude. I eventually left the store without my money back and 200 $ down the toilet. The employees here are the worst

Worse best buy i ever dealt with. I bought a tv they didn’t deliver on time. Did some adjustment before and they gave me hard time and tonight I stopped by to pick up my package and they didn’t release it with my driver licence because I didn’t have my credit card with me. The only reason I stopped my order to store was to have it earlier.

We all know what to expect when going to Best Buy but still do it anyways. I didn’t expect what just happened, though. I paid for a car stereo and installation package and was told it would be done in an hour. Two hours later, I get a call that it is done and I still owed $ 99 because I didn’t pay for installation(what was the other $ 200 for then)! My car was then held for ransom as Danny the Home Section Manager and the installation guy that used to sing for Sugar Ray called me a liar and were just outright rude. The original sales guy felt very bad as I paid the negotiated $ 50 ransom so I could get out of there because I had places to be. I will never go back and urge you to do the same!

I went in today to find a new computer for my mother. Suddenly, a wonderful salesman, Dean, came to my aid. He was one of the most helpful people I’ve encountered in some time. He was candid, and wonderful. I hope that if you go there for computer assistance, he is the one to help you out.
