NOW, We have Lafayette’s only underground bar and patio right below the restaurant that opens at 4pm, many beers, craft, imports, micros, our full bar, can make many beverages of your liking. History

Established in 1975.

In the early 1970’s a local business man Joseph S. Petro renovated an old burnt out house that had been left in ruins. The name came from a search of many Italian names. He had worked on recipes and many ingredients before luaching Bisbano’s in 1975. I would know, I grew up eating many of his great creations. He’s my Father! Bisbano, s was sold as Joe went on to open many other restaurants. That owner sold it several yrs. Later. He later became a lawyer. Then five yrs later in 1990 that owner sold it, and is now owner of a successful business, and eats at Bisbano’s weekly. Bisbano’s has now been owned and operated by the same owner for 23yrs.
