History
Established in 1975.
In the early 1970’s a local business man Joseph S. Petro renovated an old burnt out house that had been left in ruins. The name came from a search of many Italian names. He had worked on recipes and many ingredients before luaching Bisbano’s in 1975. I would know, I grew up eating many of his great creations. He’s my Father! Bisbano, s was sold as Joe went on to open many other restaurants. That owner sold it several yrs. Later. He later became a lawyer. Then five yrs later in 1990 that owner sold it, and is now owner of a successful business, and eats at Bisbano’s weekly. Bisbano’s has now been owned and operated by the same owner for 23yrs. As of Oct. 2013
