I’ve had a large unit here for about 15 years and I’ve never had any problems. I have dealt very little with either the old management or the new since I have my monthly fee mailed directly from my checking account and I don’t do much in & out. The prices are very reasonable for the unit size. The only negative thing I can say is that these are older units on the edge of a large open space so they tend to get a lot of dust blown into them, so some old bed sheets or a tarp is kind of a must. I wouldn’t recommend it for electronics, but for boxes and snow tire storage, it’s a great value.
Update 06/​05/​2014: I had a chance to meet the new owner yesterday and she was very accommodating in helping me with a short-​term rental on a second unit. She also pointed out that they were in the process of replacing the old «sweeps» on the unit doors, which should help (although probably not completely solve) some of the dust issues I mentioned earlier.

I have been storing my belongings here for years and have had nothing but great interactions with these folks. Wes was great and was always super welcoming when I came back. I was sad to hear of his passing but Michelle has been carrying on the legacy of his friendliness and uncompromising customer service. If I have called them with a concern she had gotten back to me quickly. Great clean units. Secure property. I would recommend doing business with this company if you have any storage needs.

These folks are very nice! I miss Wes, but the new gal (Michelle) has been great with us. There was a minor issue with the back fence getting some wind damage which was fixed pretty promptly.
It’s a quiet storage area. The gate works just fine, as long as you punch in the numbers slowly.
We go down there fairly often, since we are moving. It’s a nice storage facility. I’d recommend it!

This place is terrible. AVOID. The management changed with the unfortunate death of Wes, a really great guy who ran the place. The new management is AWFUL. We paid our bill three months in advance. We proved it with our check that they cashed. But now they are accusing us of being behind on our bill. Massive hassle, but intend to move my belongings. In addition to the current headache, their facility runs on limited hours and at times has had broken electronic gate. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Most annoying, the people running the place are rude. We thought we could save money with this outfit, big mistake.
