History

Established in 1986.

Before embarking on a career in real estate sales and property management, Brent W. Parks spent many years farming and running the Baugh & Reser Hardware store he opened in Lafayette Indiana. Farming taught him the meaning of hard work, long hours, and thrift. Running the hardware store taught him management skills and brought him into contact with many contractors and professionals working in the service industry. When, in 1984, he decided to establish BW Parks, his own real estate and property management firm. His hard work ethic, ability to manage, and many contacts allowed him to provide outstanding service to a rapidly growing client list.

Today, BW Parks is a successful organization serving many clients in the Lafayette, Indiana area. «Our goal is to meet our clients’ needs and to do it with a personal touch,» says Brent. «We must be doing a good job of reaching that goal.
