Description

Specialties

We represent employees and plaintiffs in employment, employee benefits, and civil rights matters.

Campins Benham-Baker is a full-service employment law firm. Our practice is exclusively worker-side. We do not represent employers. Ever.

Our unique mix of specialties means that we can not only help you figure out the available legal options, we can also help you with most, if not all, of those options without needing to refer you to other firms. Unlike many law firms, we have personal experience with different paths you can take and can give you an experience-based assessment of the risks and rewards of each.

Campins Benham-Baker is committed to helping workers get what they have earned, whether it is their benefits or just a fair shot. Contact us today for a free and confidential consultation to see if we can help you with your situation.

History

The attorneys at Campins Benham-Baker are honored to represent employees in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, employee benefits (including ERISA), and general employment law matters. We also represent persons with disabilities in civil rights cases.
