Chick-fil-A

What is this? I got a chickfila sandwich and its not crunchy at all. Not battered at all. At first I thought it was grilled chicken. Disappointing. At least it was all cooked.

Ive eaten here a couple times its ok i guess if u really really like chicken there is breakfast chicken sandwiches as well as lunch chicken sandwiches & the fries are different there too im not too fond of this place

I’m from Houston omw to New Orleans for the weekend and decided to stop by this chick-​fil-​a literally 3 minutes before they closed. The drive thru was packed long so we went inside where it was still pretty busy. Our food was out in less then 5 minutes and we stayed to eat there for another 20. (They were closed but didn’t kick anyone out! How nice is that?!) The employees were super nice and energetic with it being that late and customers still eating! Eat here! Try their cookies too, I got a whole bag for the ride!

Looking for a chaotic chicken fast food place to bring your million kids to? Just stop on in to this Chick-​Fil-​A. You’ll wonder why most people consider being child-​free just because the noise levels coming from one child compared to a mother with four children is just too ear bleeding to deal with.
To who ever thought that having such a tiny dining space at a popular fast food restaurant was a great idea, they really need to go back to the drawing board and reconsider such a silly idea.
I mean, our cashier Molly was friendly and nice. The kid’s meal was portion sized small nothing like what you’ll get at Whataburger of course. No problem because that’s what I wanted.
I definitely was taken back when I stepped foot into this chicken fast food joint one word that still haunts me: too many people in one tiny cramped up place. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have some type of closed space syndrome though when there’s a bunch of a million kids screaming, walking around, and just overwhelmingly eye-​balling you for no reason… I tend to like to eat in peace and I don’t like to eat while being stared at.

It’s a better than average chick fil-​a. Service is always quick and with a smile and the location is always clean.

We eat A LOT of Chick-​Fil-​A, a lot. We stop at them when traveling, dine weekly at home, I LOVE Chick-​Fil-​A. But not THIS one Can you say poor customer service? Not even a good morning from our cashier, just a blank stare. What happened to, «Welcome to Chick-​Fil-​A, how may I serve you?» The food was prepared poorly. My nuggets were cold, with no crunch to the batter. The fries were greasy, how is that even possible?! I guess that’s why u got such a teeny amount, so the calories would match up. The service was so slow for a fast food place and it is not like they were even that busy..

Good was amazing, service was great. The line to the drive thru was crazy long, but they were really quick at getting us our food. It was hot and delicious

Never been to a bad chick fila until I came to this one. Slow service and a rude cashier. Normally chick fila has the most friendliest staff, not this one

Clean, food is great but drastically understaffed. Whether weekday or weekend, don’t expect staff to help u with refills or any table service — as is so common and wonderful at chick-​fil-​a. The lines are always slow and hard to navigate since the crowd piles up at the register, blocking the way to all the condiments and napkins and such. Bathroom is too small and there is typically a line there, too.

Food is good. Ability to deliver on commitments to have pre-​orders ready on time is highly questionable. My breakfast trays were about 20 minutes later than committed.

I visited on 11−29−14 at around 4:00pm. The employees were very polite, but the place was an absolute mess. It was not busy, and there were numerous employees behind the counter, but not a single one touched the dining room the entire time I was there (and I dined in). Food and trash were all over the floor, and the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. I needed to use the restroom, but I didn’t even want to try it. The food was okay, but not anywhere near what I expect to eat from Chick-​fil-​A. Neither I nor my fiancé finished our meals.

It is 719 and we just left this Chickfila. I have been to chickfilas for over 10 years in Texas and Louisiana and this one tonight was by far the worst. Trash out of every trash can. Food and trash on the floor. Tables dirty. Trash piled outside around the trash cans. Not a manager in sight. A trash can was soo dirty that a customer was cleaning it. I guess a manager finally came out when my wife asked to see one. The employees said chase was sitting in the office. He argued with my wife, kept cutting her off, and gave the excuse that it was at the end of the month. Unbelievable! We took pictures and will post.
Never ended up posting pics. Wasn’t worth the time.

This has to be the worst chick fil a ever!!! 2 people were in line when I got there are I was there another 5 min before they took the 1^st order. I’ve never not been greeted at any other location before. Normally the people are cheerful and well put together but not here. Then my food was cold. How do you serve someone a chicken biscuit with cheese and the cheese isn’t melted. Chicken was cold as hell that’s why.

Last time I went with my little guys, the play area was out of order for no apparent reason.

This location is really good. Chick-​Fil-​A has mastered the art of giving the same experience in food and all, and while their focus is consistently on friendly people, this location takes it up a notch. These guys are just super nice. It’s a very busy location so close to the freeway and we hit it up all the time on the way to Baton Rouge, and that bathroom isn’t big enough for all the people that go through it, but everything is always clean and this is a great stop all around.

Great place! I love this Chick-​Fil-​A location. It is nice and clean, and the employees are always friendly. Gotta love the waffle fries and a nice big shake!
