Established in 1985.

One of the first attorney-​mediators in the Bay Area, Michael Cogen has assisted hundreds of families by succesfully mediating divorces. Mr. Cogen’s unique qualifications include a doctorate in social-​clinical psychology and he is a licensed attorney and real estate broker.

He has had extensive experience in estate planning, administration and has mediated family and business estate disputes.

Mr. Cogen is married and has one daughter studying graphic design. His wife Lynn is employed in the medical field as a supervisor in home health services.

He plays tennis and golf, enjoys jazz, photography and above all time spent with good friends and family.
