We are a full service CPA firm, providing accounting & auditing and tax compliance and planning services. We serve all sorts of businesses and their owners and management. Each of our partners brings his own special expertise to our practice, and we work collaboratively for our clients, bringing all of our collective experience to bear on client issues and problems. We all come from the Big 4 CPA firms, where most of us left as either partners or senior managers, so we bring that level of expertise to our business clients, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. History

Established in 1992.

Our business was formed in 1992 by founding partners John Comyns & Steve Smith, who left Deloitte & Touché to form their own firm where they could serve clients on their terms. Both John and Steve still work full time in running our business, and have been joined over the years by seven additional partners, all but one of whom are active in the business today. We have grown slowly and steadily, focusing on a high level of partner contact and service to our clients.
