Cross Kickbox Fitness combines cross-functional training with kickboxing movements to bring you an effective, fast paced, safe and fun workout. Along with kicking and striking pads, we will use a variety of tools such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells and TRX Rip Trainers to build lean muscle, improve mobility and burn those calories!
— No experience needed, beginners welcomed.
