Doghouse Computers

I have been a customer of Doghouse for a few years now and they have exceeded expectations every time I go with whatever problem I present them with. There hasn’t been a single time where they have not been able to identify quickly on-​site the cause of whatever problem I am experiencing. I brought in my desktop today because it was not powering on correctly and expected to drop it off before closing time and come back to pick it up at some point later in the week. Even though it was near closing time the girl on staff quickly identified the problem and completely swapped out my power supply with a new one in under 20 minutes while also zip-​tying everything properly so the inside was not an unorganized mess like it was previously. Very competent business with a core staff who can help you with whatever problem you may be experiencing. Would recommend to anyone, 5*.

Just straight terrible. Go to Best Buy or somewhere else! They could careless here! The staff is disrespectful and rude and the owner won’t do anything about it.

As a result of the owner reaching out, I’ve updated my review to 2 stars. it shows concern on the owner’s part, but I just can’t buy the fact that I was misunderstood. I specifically described what the problem was. There is no way that I was misunderstood, but I do appreciate the concern on the owner’s part.

On 10/​22, I brought in my computers and wanted diagnostic work done, I was promised the the very next day (Friday) or the following Monday. When I called Monday around 4 pm, I was told Tuesday or Wednesday, then Wednesday turned into Thursday/​Friday. Today ¹⁰⁄₃₀ I called at 430 pm and it would be Monday or Tuesday.
No, I’m not waiting 8 – 10 days for a simple diagnostic test. This isn’t medicine nor litigation, so I went by to get my computers and the staff were polite, but very unconcerned with business leaving.
That is not how I do business, so here is your one star review. I hope the owner sees this and makes some changes.
