I really like Dr. Piggott. She helped me solve an ongoing vision problem — She listens to you and genuinely cares. The rest of the staff at the Creasy location have been very nice as well.

At the time of this review, this was a newly opened office that they recently moved into. The interior decorating is done extremely well. It truly is a gorgeous office. Dr. Evans is excellent, knowledgeable, and great with patients. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their prices seemed comparable to other offices I’ve been to in the area. The glasses I ordered took a bit longer than I expected to get finished but they turned out flawless so the extra few day wait was worth it. I would highly recommend giving these doctors your trust and the opportunity to assist with your healthcare needs.

The optometrist was the best I’ve had in a long time, so that’s why they’re getting 2 stars. However, do NOT buy glasses from them. Take your prescription elsewhere. They screwed up my glasses twice, and made me pay more for fixing them than I ever would’ve paid if the cost had been up-​front. I now have two useless pairs of glasses rather than one fully functional pair that I could’ve gotten in 1 hour at Walmart. Also, it takes 7 – 10 business days to get your messed-​up glasses, supposedly; both times, for me, it took longer. Get your prescription with them, then go ANYWHERE else to buy your glasses.

This review is about the PURDUE OFFICE. Doctor is very friendly, patient and professional. The optician is not helpful at all. She sat there staring at her computer all the time without offering any help. I looked around myself and asked a question. She answered succinctly and went back to her computer right away. I said I will check other places, she said OK and left me standing there not knowing if I was all set and ready to go or what. I pulled out a chair and sat down and she asked «You need anything?» Well, if you are too busy you can say you are busy and I can wait. If everything is finished, why can’t you tell me that I am ready to go. Definitely not the best experience I had.

My son needed glasses and I took him at first to Dr. Monroe, and that was a huge mistake.
However, thankfully I then brought him to Evans, Piggot and Finney and he saw Dr. Finney. She was incredibly patient and nice to my 5 year old. Got down on ‘his level’ and explained things. He even asked when we were going back!
My husband then went there as well. They definitely are our family’s eye doctors now.
The only frustration I have is they seem expensive. My husbands glasses cost over $ 800. I know I could get cheaper at like Eye Glass World, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years, and really like it! Dr. Piggott is fabulous, always remembers me and makes me feel great. Highly recommended. They are also very good about working with pricing to get the best pricing combo possible with insurance, etc.
