Fast Eddie’s Cloth Car Wash & Oil Change

They did a wonderful job for us. We got the preferred oil change. It was $ 47.99 and there’s a coupon on their website for $ 10 off which we didn’t get to use. If you plan on using their coupons just make sure to print it out before you go as they won’t be able to use it just off your phone. The preferred wash includes all the basic stuff plus a car wash and interior cleaning. I would completely recommend this because they do a fantastic job. Their staff is fast, friendly, and efficient. We had the oil changed, fluids topped off, interior cleaned, and car washed in under 20 minutes. Plus you don’t have to get out of the car and wait somewhere while they change the oil for you, only for the interior cleaning which was super fast. It was way worth the time than to do it myself. The great thing about their washes, is that they hand dry your car at the end of any left over water. They don’t do that at any of the other automated car washes. You can’t beat the price.

Went there one time for a car wash as I was passing by. Pulled in, washed, and pulled out with a snapped off mirror on my small SUV. Went through huge hassles to finally get reimbursed on the damage. It should be pretty simple, if your equipment breaks my stuff, you should make it right. Poor.

I will NEVER go there again. I have gone to Fast Eddies for about 3 years now and have always had a positive experience. This time, I pulled up, the guy told me to come forward and was directing me to turn my wheel to the left, I complied then he directed me right so I did. Then he yelled at me to stop and to keep turning left til he told me to stop. Yes, yelled at me. I can listen to directions without someone yelling at me like I’m an idiot. I was trying to listen to him and do what he was saying. I reversed and just left. There was no need to be so rude. I’m very upset because I usually get great customer service there. I don’t want to go back and the same person to be working.

My experience today is that «fast» eddies should be called «slow» eddies. The car wash is fine, although there are too man options in my opinion, but the wash is quick and very thorough. However, when I went over to the bays where they clean the inside of my car, I waited 18 minutes and finally left in frustration.(having already paid) Let me tell you why. There were three, sometimes four young men working on the car in front of me, but most of the time they were talking, laughing and working very slowly, with no bias for finishing the cleaning of the car. I noticed one lady with blonde hair working diligently (alone) on the car in the other lane while the young men on the car in front of me had no interest in working fast. Lastly, there was not ONE acknowledgement by any of these young men that they knew I was there waiting. No one said «we’ll be with you in a minute». It was CLEAR to me that these employees were unsupervised, either that or one of them WAS the manager/​supervisor. I left, and I’d ask for my money back, but frankly, I’d rather not have any other contact with this business.

This place is awesome. I’m always in and out in under 15 minutes, and the staff is super friendly.

This is a pretty good car wash. The staff are personable and professional. I really like how someone towel dries your car for you, but there have been a few occasions where this left my car streaky. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I am reviewing the car wash only, as I didn’t have my oil changed there, but the car wash was great! It’s the automated type of carwash, BUT they actually do some hand cleaning/​drying, so it is wayyyy better than any other automatic car wash I’ve used. There are two guys using car wash brushes when you first enter the car wash — they give it a good scrubbing before you go through the automated part. I made the mistake of parking under a tree recently, and there was bird poop all over my car — they got rid of all of it! Then at the end, after the blow dryers, a guy hand dries whatever water is remaining. All of that was included in the basic wash, which was only $ 8. This is the same pricey you pay at Mike’s Car Wash, but they don’t do the hand washing/​drying there.
They also offer interior cleaning, and a variety of other upgrades, like a wax conditioner, Amor All, Rain-​X, etc. I will be getting the interior cleaning next time I go.

Fast service, decent price, and a good car wash.

My car is probably the cleanest it has been since I owned it. They took their time and really did a good job with everything. For the price, it’s awesome!
