History

Established in 1984.

Lafayette Copier Service and Sales is a local company established in 1984. Current owner and Company President Don Amsden purchased it in 1991. Lafayette Copier Service & Sales is an authorized dealer for Toshiba, Lexmark and Muratec. We sell and service copiers, printers, fax machines and other office machines. We also offer managed print services, and have a full service print shop in-​house.

The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce named Lafayette Copier Service & Sales Small Business of the Month in June 2004. The company has been very active in supporting local community groups, organizations and charities including Habitat for Humanity, The Sagamore Chapters of the March of Dimes, and the Boy Scouts and Lafayette Urban Ministry.

Lafayette Copier Sales & Service was recognized in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 by Cheri Daniels, First Lady of the State of Indiana, «For Exemplary Conduct Benefiting the Great State of Indiana.»

Business Owner

Don Amsden started with Lafayette Copier in 1987. He purchased it in 1991. A Purdue Alumnus, Don, is married and lives in West Lafayette. He enjoys hunting, fishing, entertaining and being in the great outdoors.
