Alison Martin and Jason Ray have a combined 30 years experience in the Acadiana Real Estate Market. Their attitude and personal drives results in annual sales more than double the national average. In 2012 they combined forces to crate Lafayette Home Viewer, a division of Keaty Real Estate to take their clients a step above in service and satisfaction than the average real estate agent.

Jason Ray

J. Ray co­founded Lafayette Home Viewer, a division of Keaty Real Estate, in 2012 after

working as an independent agent at Keaty Real Estate for many years. Being a native of

Lafayette J. Ray began investing and managing commercial and residential real estate in thearea in 1991. Following his Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Louisiana, he began to work more closely with clients to help them buy and sell in the local market. After receiving his realtor designation he went a step further to obtain his ABR, SFR and BOPR real estate designations. J. Ray specializes in the technical side of the business, providing key insight to sellers and connecting them with buyers with similar goals. In his free time, J. Ray is active in real estate organizations, enjoys spending time with his family and competes in Triathlons which he says provides him with a sense of determination to always get the job done.
