Lafayette Mechanical Services is a local business dedicated to providing personal, professional service for any homeowner or business’ plumbing and electrical needs. Many people don’t realize that the services you’d think would involve a plumber, such as water heater installation, also require an electrician. We’re happy to provide you with both services so that you can make just one call, saving yourself time and effort.

History

Established in 2012.

Lafayette Mechanical Services was started by Amanda and Dan Mobley, both Lafayette, Indiana natives, who wanted to begin an honest, upfront business that could provide people with necessary services. Their goal was to provide trustworthy electrical and plumbing services both to homeowners and to businesses, and to be a personal, friendly business in an industry that is often impersonal and corporate.

Meet the Business Owner

Dan M.

Business Owner

Dan is a Lafayette resident with over 10 years of experience in the plumbing and electrical industry. He earned his Indiana contractor plumbing license in 2006 and is a licensed electrician in Lafayette. Dan performs both residential and commercial plumbing and electrical work in the Greater Lafayette area.

In his free time, Dan enjoys attending Purdue football and basketball games and working out. He is an Army veteran of two tours and is currently a member of the Army reserves.
