St. Mary’s Florist has been a family owned business from the start and though ownership has transferred a few times thru the years, it has always kept that tight knit family feel. Business Owner

Sandra Meily is a Real Estate advisor by profession but has had a passion for design and creativity thru fresh flowers. Her experiences in Event Planning since the 80s started this passion. From then she became an apprentice in various floral events and shops in France, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, The Philippines, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. Sandra continues to be an active Realtor in the Contra Costa area as well as manage St. Mary’s Florist. Her constant hands-​on education in various floral designs, color, scent and care for the environment has led to creative and modern styles for various occasions. Now an online business, styles can be viewed on www​.stmarys​florist​.net but designers are constantly arranging for more customized looks to fit the clients. Weddings continue to be the major event of this business. Brides are drawn to the delightful and personal styles as well as reasonable prices.
