It’s a shame you cannot use negative stars. My daughters apartment is infested with fleas upon move in. Previous tennant allowed the flea infested animal to urinate all over the unit and has been trying to clean it up {kinda} with little success. No pets are allowed in the building BTW. Now, the fleas have sprouted and they say the exterminators next appointment is not until a WEEK away. My daughter’s roomies have flea bites on arms and legs and I have booked an exterminator to arrive NOW and guess what? The management was rude, discourteous and even hung up on me while I offered to pay half of the flea extermination. No kidding.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE RUDE SLUMLORD SCUMBAGS.
We’ve files an official complaint with the attourney Generals office.
