A local boy having grown up just outside of West Lafayette, Dan’s experience with local real estate spans many years!

Dan originally built and ran his own insurance agency for 12 years, selling it in 1986 and entering the real estate business. Specializing in commercial and industrial real estate he went on to become a broker in 1990 and became active in residential real estate.

Dan’s years in the industry gives him an advantage. Dan utilizes his extensive market knowledge, cutting edge technology, and proven negotiating skills to assist sellers and buyers in obtaining the best possible price and making their transactions smooth and worry free. Dan’s business is driven primarily by referrals from past clients, friends, and family. In 2006 alone he helped his clients close 49 transactions!
