Avoid @HomeDepot! They made it abundantly clear to us that our time and effort didn’t have any value after they accepted an order for flooring that they no longer carried. However they still charged our CC the $ 1850.00 then waited over a week to inform us we wouldn’t be getting our product. This was after time off from work had been taken and floor prep had begun. Look elsewhere if you want to be able to fall back on good customer service.

I was recently in the store purchasing 3 appliances. I brought the family which contains 2yr old twins and 2 older children. While nearly completing the process for check out an employee told my wife if she could control our kids because they were distracting other customers to much. Guess what 3900 $ I was going to spend ended up being 0 $ dollars spent as we walked out of the door. We have never been told this at at any store.

Why is it that if I actually need assistance, there is no one to be found? On the other hand if I know exactly what I’m looking for and where to find it, I get stopped by 4 people o. The way there asking if I need help. I try to avoid this place as much as possible and go the extra mile down the road to Lowes.
