History

Established in 1999.

I got my Real Estate Sales Person License in 1999, and in 2003 I attended the Howard Brinton Star Power Seminar in Indianapolis. In 2006, I completed the Broker’s course and received my Real Estate Broker’s License. I have been a Realtor in Lafayette since April of 1999, and I love what I do. I truly feel blessed to be in an industry that allows me to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership. The year 2013 brought me over 7.7 million dollars in total sales transactions. This pace keeps me hopping! This put me in the position to be the #1 Individual agent for volume and units sold (59) for Keller Williams (per MLS data 10÷3÷14). I am really excited that I have been able to grow this business every year!

In 2012, I added a Marketing Coordinator to my team, and just this year (2014) I’ve added a Buyer Agent Specialist to the group! The O’Shea Team is growing and thriving. We look forward to serving you in your Real Estate needs.

I was born in Lafayette, Indiana in 1967. I graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School in 1985. I then went on to pursue a B.S. degree in Biology from Valparaiso University. I graduated from Valpo in 1989. Then in 1999 I got my Real Estate Sales Person License. My husband is a high school teacher and head high school football coach for Lafayette Central Catholic. I also have three awesome kids!
