Let me preface this review with this: the actual mechanic that runs the shop is a qualified and good MECHANIC. The lady that manages this shop is rude and unpleasant to work with. They were short-​handed and, understandably, it took a while for them to get to my truck. But after a week and no one called me, gave me any updates, I started to call them back and find out what was the deal. I got attitude and run around and I couldn’t believe that they didn’t even seem to care that my vehicle is important to me. Granted the mechanic was nice enough to give me every chance to not spend money on things I didn’t need — which is very fair — after a while I began to believe that they were ignoring me. The red-​haired lady running the shop gave me a serious attitude when I inquired about how long they thought it might be and said with a serious attitude «well, you can get a tow truck and just take it out of here since it isn’t even running right now.» Completely the worst customer service I have gotten from a mechanic in a while. At least with the last mechanic I went to, they were polite, just dumb. This lady was rude and wants to drive away business. Do not go to this mechanic unless you can leave your ride there for a while and you don’t mind if/​when they get back to you.
