Nutritional counseling is a type of assessment made which analyzes various health needs in regard to diet and exercise. A nutritional counselor helps people to set achievable health goals and teaches various ways of maintaining these goals throughout their lifetime.

Meet the Business Owner

Alessandra L.

Rolfing®

Alessandra graduated from the Guild for Structural Integration (GSI) in 1992. Studies were under the direction of Emmett Hutchins and Peter Melchoir, the first students of Dr. Rolf and the original instructor’s of Dr. Ida P. Rolf’s work.

Alessandra has been Rolfing® in the Boulder Area since 1993. She is a certified «Structural Integration» Practitioner.

Nursing

She has been a practitioner of Nursing for 26 years. She attended LinconLand Community College in Springfield, IL and graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1986. She completed her Bachelor’s in 1989 from University of Illinois, Springfield Campus, graduating with Honors. She continued on with Master’s work at Bradley University in Peoria, IL and completed 1.5 years. She also has actively contributed throughout her years to educational projects for staff, new grad nurses and nursing students.

Her nursing career gives her the edge.
