When I took my mom here to get stitches, I was really impressed. I was familiar with the PA, and things were done pretty quickly.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I’d been suffering from severe abdominal pain for days and left work after an hour the evening before. They had to make my chart because it was my first time as a patient, I had to pay my ridiculously large copay, and there was basically nothing they could do except give me narcotics and nausea medication, and tell me I probably needed an ultrasound, which I would have to go to the hospital to get. Exactly what I was hoping to avoid. On the plus side, the pain meds knocked me out, and now I have nausea medication.
