An All Inclusive Event, LLC

My husband and I worked with AAIE for a year planning our wedding in Palos Verdes. Michael and Terilyn were so great! They made sure our day was perfect. We met up a few times every few months prior to the wedding and then when we met a week before the wedding and I was so stressed, they quickly calmed my nerves by showing me how ready and prepared they were. Robyn was my day of planner and Terilyn was there as well. They seriously made the day SO stress free. I am going to highly recommend them to every person I know who is looking to plan a wedding. You will not regret going with them. Thank you AAIE for making sure our wedding day was beyond perfect. Biggest day of my life thus far and so glad you had it all under control.

Now that everything post-​wedding has officially calmed down, I would like to take a moment to thank these very special people (An All Inclusive Event) for all of their dedication, hard work, professionalism, friendliness, understanding, encouragement, and positive attitudes! In the back of my mind, I had always thought I would be a little bridzilla, but I didn’t want to be. Terilyn, Michael, and Robyn are all angels sent down to prevent brides from turning into brizillas. I cannot even begin to express how much gratitude I have toward these 3 lovely people. Without their help, I would have definitely been a crazy woman and would not have been able to enjoy the wedding process, the days leading up to the wedding, or the actual wedding day itself. They handled everything so I wouldn’t have to stress. They even managed t to take are of everything long distance because 9 months before we got married, my husband and I moved to Denver, CO. I had a vision in mind and they completely understood it without much explanation. I believe it’s because they took the time to get to know me so they understood me without having to say too much (so impressive). They made sure everything was perfect along the way and during the wedding day. It was… as if my vision became a reality to the tee. I am so impressed with the high quality planning and end product. TOTALLY worth every penny. They are super reasonably priced for the high quality end product, food, décor, etc; nothing they do it cookie cutter or generic. Any bride getting married out there, you absolutely have to have An All Inclusive Event by your side every step of the way! Love you guys! Thanks for making my wedding something I smile about.

Michael and Terilyn went out of their way to make our wedding the perfect day (in Aug 2010). They planned everything except the ring and the dress. They were able to accommodate my band playing at the reception, which was no easy feat given that it’s an 18-​piece big band. The process was so easy with their company. We literally planned our entire wedding during the tasting over 3 hours.
My only complaint about the venue is the bathrooms are a little bit of a walk up the stairs and through Laguna Village. Also, the parking is limited but in our case we arranged for shuttles from the 2 hotels that people were staying at. Now with Über & Lyft, that would be easy as well. I highly recommend Michael and Terilyn, as well as this beautiful venue for a memorable and affordable beach wedding.
Review Update — My wife and I were in Laguna Beach this past weekend. Unfortunately, M & T no longer deal with this venue. There is another company there that rents it out. I can’t comment on their service, but the venue is amazing!

I’ve called them more than once and have not received a call back. I’m sure they offer great service if you can get ahold of them.

This is so late considering i got married in 2011, but i finally made a Unilocal and wanted to say this company was great. We had to move out of CA a while before our wedding, so they worked with us very early and over the phone and it looked exactly as we hoped.
We did only the ceremony there, because we wanted an indoor reception, but it was perfect and people still go on about how beautiful it was.

How many times can one bride say thank you to Terilyn and Mike for literally saving the day?! One a recommendation, just a month before my wedding, I hired Terilyn to be my day of coordinator. After swiftly firing my previous «wedding planner» for utterly butchering my wedding plans Terilyn took me under her wing and produced a beautiful event that of which I refer to as my wedding! Just thinking of how beautiful everything turned out brings me to tears. I believe to my core that Terilyn and Mike but their all into their events and genuinely care about each client. Her calm personality truly touched me in a way that few «business transactions» can. If this review gets you to give her a call you won’t regret it. Her events are fabulous and by her humble nature you would miss it otherwise. Thank you again for the wedding of my lifetime!

Mike and Terilyn put on my college graduation party for me! It was amazing! They came with plenty of time to decorate fabulously with the colors I chose. Everything, including the catering, was ready to go on time and their staff was attentive and friendly. The food, from East Side Mario’s, was delicious and kept warm for many hours throughout the party. Mike and Terilyn went above and beyond to make the party super special for my family and I. One of my favorite details from the party were the chandeliers they used under the canopies. They are hard working people and definitely people pleasers! I will be using them for my wedding when the time comes!

Wow, what can I say about All inclusive? They are amazingly wonderful people, totally professional and kind and extremely helpful.
My Wife and I were married at Laguna Village through An All Inclusive Event Saturday the 21^st of April 2012.
We started working with Michael and Terilyn (the owners) about 8 months ago and we came into this whole process totally clueless. They were gracious and patient with us as we learned the ropes of getting married and offered helpful advice the whole way.
About 4 months before the wedding we had a slight emergency where our cash flow was severely limited from our original budget, we contacted them and they worked with us to adjust the wedding so that we could hit our new budget and not compromise the quality of the event at all.
The event itself was described by our guests as «The most elegant wedding I’ve ever been to», «Simply breathtaking», «Like a team of ninjas were tirelessly working in the background».
We were told by married friends and family that our wedding itself would be stressful and fly by and feel like a waste of money. Thanks to Michael and Terilyn though, we had a ball and felt that if anything, we underpaid for the level of service and attention to detail we got.
Highlights:
We forgot to bring the garter and at the last minute Michael saved the day by getting one out of nowhere.
The rehearsal was professional, quick and left everyone totally comfortable in their roles
Being waited on hand and foot and truly feeling like royalty through the ENTIRE process, not just the day of. They were always promptly responsive through phone, and email, not to mention taking as much time as we needed to meet with us personally.

Cons:
None. We simply couldn’t feel happier or better served.
In the end, you could not be in better hands than An All inclusive Event. We will forever remember our wedding as seamless, beautiful, and breathtaking. Any issues that may have arisen were handled so discretely that we were never the wiser.

We just got married at the Villa Rockledge in Laguna Beach CA. The best of our wedding day was obviously marrying my husband but the next best thing was working with Terilyn and her staff. Coordinating the entire wedding with her was exciting and was so easy! She worked with our budget and was sincere and passionate about what she does. Her staff was highly professional they were there for anything we needed and wore headsets to communicate. They made everything run smoothly and it allowed me and my husband to have the time to breathe and enjoy our wedding. Terilyn is phenomenal at creating the wedding exactly the way you always dreamed. She is honest, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and an amazing person. Before meeting her I ran into pushy and money hungry people that had dollar signs in their eyes, but with her it was more of I want to create a story in the first chapter of your lives. I actually have tears running down my face now while I am typing this review because she really made my dreams come true and I am so fortunate to have worked with her in creating the most memorable day of our lives.
