Built in 1962 as a classic California beach house, Blue Agave is a boutique property on the ocean side of the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), sharing a neighborhood with dozens of cafes, restaurants, galleries, shops and breathtaking vistas. Wonderful options abound within walking distance.

Blue Agave is a warm and inviting venue, whether one is seeking a romantic hideaway, a refuge for corporate or executive travel, a locale for a «girlfriends’ getaway», an intimate yoga retreat, VIP quarters for those special wedding guests, or a well-​appointed home and entertainment space for a family holiday.

Unlike most Laguna Beach properties, Blue Agave does not require a 1 week minimum occupancy.

Established in 2003.

For over 10 years, couples, families, friends and corporate travelers have enjoyed Blue Agave… A View with A Room as their well-​appointed vacation beach house or hotel alternative.

Located in the «HIP District» (Historical Interesting Places) of Laguna Village, Blue Agave has also served as the backdrop for video, film and fashion photography shoots.

Blue Agave hosts only one guest party at a time, so guests enjoy privacy and exclusivity, as well as the undivided attention of Christopher & Lee Casegrillo, owners and resident managers.

The personal touch is paramount at Blue Agave where success is measured one guest at a time.

Business Owner

Both owners and resident managers, Chris and Lee are a husband and wife team with an empty nest. They have traveled extensively and lived abroad. Relaxed, engaging and possessing good senses of humor, Chris and Lee are «known quantities» in the neighborhood as they make a real effort to embrace simplicity, cultivate peace and take great pleasure in meeting, greeting and hosting a wide variety of travelers.
