I have had a wonderful experience working with Anet and her family’s business! They are always timely and helpful. They always seem to be able to fit in what we need done. I want to give their paper shredding services a huge thank you. We would not know what to do without them. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for paper shredding services in the area.

I normally don’t like to write negative reviews on businesses because I know how much it can hurt a business but after experiencing such unpleasant service from this company I couldn’t hold back. We made an appointment to have over 70 boxes of documents shredded on-​site. The meeting was set for 8:30am, which they did not arrive on time for. Furthermore, they kept phoning our business trying to find our location, something they should have prepared for before arrival. Yet, the biggest disappointment came from their refusal to serve our property for the lack of parking. Our manager made several suggestions to the driver, but he was hesitant saying he had to confirm with his manager. He promised a call back with a response but never called. The lack of follow-​up from Laguna Beach Shredding Services to our company is unacceptable. We had pulled out all 70 boxes out of storage and had to store them up once again when they failed to show up. Avoid this company at all cost, atrocious customer service!
