Loans by Suzette was founded by Suzette Lipscomb after running several large mortgage companies in one capacity or another. Over the years, she has continued to expand her knowledge and advise and consult clients on a wide array of financial issues. We provide one on one contact that allows us to analyze the financial markets to find the best possible pricing amongst a variety of reputable lenders and determine optimal times for locking loans. Business Owner

Suzette Lipscomb formed Loans by Suzette in 2000 after 14 plus years of mortgage lending experience with multiple types of institutions. She was Chief Operating Officer of a nationwide mortgage bank that operated conventional, FHA and subprime lending groups. As Sr. VP of another company, National Mortgage Corporation, she opened and staffed the western 5 states of a large wholesale subprime lender. She was president of Kentwood Financial, an Alternative Products Division of a California based lender, Oakmont Mortgage. She began her mortgage finance career with CA Federal in 1987 where she was responsible for single and multifamily originations and was frequently recognized for her outstanding production. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UCLA and has taken multiple graduate courses in the fields of real estate, finance, business and law. Suzette is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of California and active on many local Boards and Charities
