History

Established in 1999.

Modern Interiors Staging and Design has been operating successfully since 1999. With a primary focus on assisting real estate agents/​agencies as well as private luxury homeowners to successfully merchandise their homes. We have maintained a 95% rate of successful sales within the first two weeks. The design aspect of the business focused on creating beautifully furnished beachside homes as temporary accommodations for relocating executives.

In the year 2009 it was apparent that the market was in desperate need of staging to assure success. The state of our economy was the true inspiration behind the cultivation of the real estate side of business. As of the year 2009 we are able to more fully service our clientele and minimize the incurred fees involved in doing so as a licensed brokerage.
