Out with the old in with the new! New guys are very helpful. I didn’t have my receipt for my warranty but Brian hooked me up and got my tire patched up ASAP and got me on my way. Very thankful.

These guy’s are fantastic. Finding an honest tire salesman is hard if you have tried. Brian the manager saved me $ 1500. by telling me that I should try to get a cracked rim of a tire covered by the new car warranty, instead of just selling me one. Told me it was a slight chance, but a possibility. Bottom line it worked and was covered. He lost the sale for this, but his honesty guarantees me as a life long customer and as many of my friends that I can talk into going there.

Nick delivered service the day before the Fourth of July! I was so happy they were open on July 3rd and took care of my oil change. The best thing is while I was waiting for car to be finished, I walked around Laguna Beach on the weekend of the $ 4th of July!!! Because I drive a company vehicle, I have been to many, many tire places all over the O.C. and Laguna Tire tops them all. These guys are amazing! Not only did they air/​patch one of my tires for free (Ford Escape), but they changed the headlights in my cousins’ Saturn for FREE after two $ 150 quotes from competitors. These guys are literally the best. I have never had to wait to get my car serviced and everyone who works here is on their game. I would highly recommend Laguna Tire.

I didn’t realize that the place had changed ownership when I took my car back in for a faulty oil gasket. I still didn’t realize it had changed when I picked my car up, Nick had replaced the part and given me an oil change, NO CHARGE. A few days later I did realize the change of ownership… Nick took care of me and my car from the faulty part of the previous owner! Now he’s got me as a repeat customer.
