1 star isn’t even what would justify how bad the service was. The«so called Shift leader» Victor was so rude. My boyfriend and I came here at like 9:30pm and ordered some chicken taquitos, a chicken quesadilla, a big Carl burger and our drinks(obviously) We asked for extra green sauce on the side for the chicken taquitos; when we pulled up to the window, victor just charged us the food and didn’t repeat the order back. He forgot my boyfriends Sprite and prior to that, he was extremely RUDE. This guy literally had something stuck up there. Like, I don’t know how else to explain is unnecessary attitude… Since my order was wrong, I got out of the car to ask for my green sauce. victor was like«what green sauce» I told him: «the green sauce for the taquitos?» he’s like its«AVOCADOSAUCE» –__– umm OK!?! I didn’t know avocado sauce was purple. *annoyed face* Besides his stupid sarcasm. –HEWASHANDLINGMONEYANDTHENWENTTOGETSOMEFRIES. ANDHENEVERWASHEDHISHANDS. #Disgusting #HowIsHeInCharge

Short, bald, chubby guy I couldn’t read his name tag but I think it said victor. Tattoo on his right arm of a state I think was just super rude. Didn’t offer a combo so I asked for one, didn’t ask me what size or what drink or my total. I asked for onion rings instead of fry’s to. When I left I noticed I didn’t get my onion rings either or a receipt so I have no idea what he charged to my card –_– just super disappointed didn’t even want to deal with him once again. Hopefully they get better training.

The food was gross. Fries were stale and it seemed like they were refried. The lettuce on my burger was soggy and seemed like it was reheated. I will not be back. I went on Sunday night around 10. I know it’s fast food but I am going to other Carl’s Jr.‘s where the food is decent

My order was incomplete and I was charged in full. I’ve been calling for 30 minutes and the store does not answer. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location.

I love the food but seriously u will always wait a ridiculous amount of time and the customer service isn’t great. Last time I just kept saying«ok thank you cuz I couldn’t understand any of the employees lol. But I got my food: D so it all ended up ok and there was nothing wrong with it. So thy understood me. Which is great. I seriously just don’t understand y it always takes so dam long if I’m the only person in line or the second or third or fourth or fifth. Doesn’t seem to matter.

Nobody in line, 2 cars in the drive thru. Sat there by a cash register for 7 minutes. No acknowledgement of being there and no one to take my order. This place can use some help with management. Seriously. I ended up leaving.

I ordered a side salad and all the lettuce is brown, the cucumber in slimy and old, and there is a nasty creamy substance inside the lid… Never going here again

I have never gotten upset over fast food, a lower spectrum of quality experience is to be expected when delivering a speedy meal. But being insulted and robbed was not my expectations. I went through the drive through and ordered my food on my lunch and was in a large rush. I paid with the 20 $ bill 8 $ worth of food. And left. Getting back to work I realize wow… they didn’t give me a receipt, they didn’t give me change for my money, the root beer I ordered is a coke, and my burger is literally lope sided like a ven diagram. I go back the next morning on my break and ask to speak to a manager to resolve the problem, a worker notify the manager, I wait for 20 minutes and no sight of anything. Unfortunately I don’t have hour long breaks so I just left. This is the lowest quality of service I’ve ever recieved. The food was poorly prepared, my money was virtually stolen, and nobody cares to fix it. I don’t understand what is going on at this carls jr location. Extremely upset.

First time here and the food was phenomenal! Cooked thorough and really tasty. Been to many Carls. It was so good I came here again the next day haha. I ordered a Big Carl. Cheesy, put together well, and had a great charbroiled taste.

I went here to meet up with my friend and author, Jason Robert.(Somehow the Unilocal website doesn’t allow for me to put the accent over the e in his last name). Jason was promoting his book, «How I Led Over 700 People To Christ in a Year,» and I met up with him to get my book autographed. I had purchased it on Amazon and wanted to give another copy to my friend, Carla. We decided on Carl’s Jr as both of us wanted to save money. We both have been dining out more than is financially prudent this month. So there we were, sitting at one of their clean booths. Since Jason graciously autographed my book and Carla’s book, I ordered the BBQ Brisket Nachos for us. The picture made my mouth water, so I thought that would be sufficient for our big appetites. I took the #56 Placard and set it on our table and Jason and I talked about the book. We talked, and talked, and talked. The Nachos were nowhere in sight. Yours truly went back to the cash register and inquired about our snack. The man helping us told us they’d be right out; I’m not sure why there was a delay. My eyes spotted the workers rushing. In any case, the BBQ Brisket nachos arrived at our table, complete with Smoked Beef Brisket, Cheddar Cheese, sliced Jalapeños, Sour Crème, and Guacamole. They were so good! We devoured them. I think neither of us had eaten much beforehand and were hungry. So the nachos were tasty, but there was a problem. We were still hungry. Since Mr. Robert decided to give me Carla’s autographed book for free, I thought I would buy him a second round of Nachos. We were ready to eat more. Going back to the counter, I asked the man if there were nachos that were bigger and cheaper than what we ordered. When he heard me tell him that the BBQ Brisket Nachos were good but we were still hungry, he offered to make Chicken Nachos and bring it out to us. It was our lucky day because Carl’s Jr. gave us the second round for free. At our table, we wondered out loud why they had given us the Chicken Nachos gratis. We thought it might have been because they were committed to customer service, or they felt bad that we waited a long time for the BBQ Brisket Nachos. In any case, the man was ethical and kind.(Mrs. Evelyn T offered him a tip for the free round, but he graciously declined. Carl’s doesn’t accept tips). How nice it was for us that we experienced their hospitality and generosity.

I like Carl’s Jr. for the variety, and this location has a Green Burrito as well.
I got the new All Natural burger today. Unfortunately I don’t recommend it. It has a totally different taste then other Carl’s burgers, maybe it’s the sweet pickles they put in it.

I’ve been here, short staffed, but for the most part they work hard and try their best! Its Carl’s Jr. Its as good as any of the fast food restaurant chains. I like it over most fast food joints.

I am pretty sick of the awful management at this location. Tonight I entered that prison of a drive thru at 11:30 pm. There were only three cars ahead of me, so how bad could it be? To be specific, it was 26 minutes bad. When I finally got to the window, about 22 minutes into the ordeal, I asked the guy if he was alone in there. An unapoligetic, «it’s just me and one cook.» Blatant, pissed off, and not afraid to express himself. You would think, after such an extreme wait, our minimum wage worker could at least offer up an apology, kiss a little derrier to appease the frustrated patron? Well, no. Poor guy and the cook, alone, literally cooking to order. The food was all good(just famous stars and fries), but two people running the whole place? I don’t for a second blame those hard workers, who were clearly busting their asses. I blame the cheap management for severe understaffing. I will not, ever, go to this location again. Two people? Really? Someone needs to be fired.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with a fresh baked bun and ended up with something completely different and it it was lettuce wrapped. The fries tasted like they have been sitting around all day. Very disappointing.

Bleh. I drive by this location every day on my to and from work and today, I decided to stop for breakfast and try the sausage egg biscuit thing. Why not? I was hungry and needed something different than my usual — PB&J This is an odd spot and can be tricky to get into because it’s literally right off the freeway and with all the cars coming and going to get on and off — good luck! I managed to make it in and snake around the enormous parking lot(by the way, why does one restaurant need such a huge parking lot??) and get to the drive thru which is at end of this parking lot and seems to go on forever before you make it to speaker box to place your order. Once I had placed my order, I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my money and give me my order. 10 minutes? Really? People go through the drive thru because it’s supposed to be faster than walking in but by the looks of it, it was faster to park, walk in and leave. ugh. Finally the guy gave me my order and when I got to my desk, I was disappointed. The coffee was lukewarm, my hash browns were cold but the sausage biscuit thing was piping hot. Wtf? How could everything be so off? I paid for hot breakfast food not a hodge podge of whatever. Yuck. Won’t be back.

I get food here maybe once a month or so on those nights my bf and I want burgers without having to go too far from our house. The only thing I’ve been getting from Carls since I was a teenager is the Double Western cuz it’s just stupid good. The last two times I’ve ordered it from this location I couldn’t even eat my burger because they put this sickly sweet BBQ sauce on it instead of the smokey tangy sauce the burger usually has on it. I don’t know if Carls has changed their sauce or if it’s only this location, but it’s gross. It’s almost teriyaki like, syrupy and sticky. The staff is usually super friendly, but when I asked them about it they seemed confused and told me the sauce was the same. It’s not.

I know it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect too much but this one is kind of icky… Fries are not fresh or hot and burgers seem thrown together. On a positive note they get your order right at lest for me they did.

Mom went to pick up breakfast and when she came back and opened the bag a, «oh shit!» came out. WHY! do these places charge you for the items yet forget to give it to you??? These places need to be held accountable. As do the services for elderly when they decide not to show up. It should be illegal. It is THEFT and can even be considered murder and/or elder abuse in the case of the elderly(medical, food preparation, medication administration, etc.). Stop harming people because you are aloof. You may not feel you are important, but you are. It doesn’t matter how you dress to work, how much you make… YOU are IMPORTANT. Chose to do great or don’t show up at all. It is better to get out of the way so someone else can.
