Established in 1980.

Dr. Noël established his practice in Laguna Hills in April of 1980. He now has one of the most comprehensive practices in Orange County with physical therapy, massage therapy, spinal disc decompression, laser therapy and the New Proadjuster Vision.

Dr. Noël graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College. He was appointed a Qualified Medical Evaluator by the Department of Industrial Relations for the state of California in 1991. He was awarded his certification as an Industrial Disability Evaluator in 1992, and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a member of the College of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Noël is wonderfully rare in the chiropractic field based upon my own experience. Why? It’s because he creates a plan of treatment that is totally based upon your own body’s situation. He does «the right thing» for YOU… an individualized treatment plan to improve your spinal health and not set you back with just a «one size fits all» plan like I have experienced elsewhere.
First off, I must compliment his office staff. They are caring, friendly, organized, and very willing to help with questions you might have. It makes it a pleasure to show up at their office each week.
Dr. Noël began the initial consultation appointment with an x-​ray of my neck and back (my two problem areas due to an old auto accident that has come home to roost as I have aged to almost 70.) He combined this with my history, and with my current challenges, to formulate my game plan.
The proof is in the pudding! MRIs taken two years apart during my treatment have shown that he has arrested the aging factor in my spine, and my neck (cervical spine) is now as good as new.
When I ask him health questions, he takes it very seriously and always, 100% of the time, offers me wonderful direction on how to proceed with home care on my part (something I am very diligent about). One time it was about my super sore knee after climbing way too many steps at Laguna Beach, and I carefully followed his recommendations, and as a result my knee is back to tip top shape again. (He’s not treating me for my knee, but he was there to help.)
I worked in the field of medicine for many years, and am able to evaluate the difference between mediocre and excellent, and with Dr. Noël, you have excellence… and outcomes!

I work in Irvine and needed a chiropractor nearby and was looking for one that would accept my insurance. Everyone in the office is super nice.
I actually had another chiropractic office checking up on my insurance coverage but customer service was poor so I assumed my treatment at the office will be too?!
I have to say, Dr. Noël takes care of you the proper way. He has a machine that measures your muscle tensions and takes an x-​ray to diagnose corrections needed. I’ve had other good chiropractics so I appreciate his technique by not adjusting without visually seeing what is needed to remedy the problem. I was in pain and wanted to hear some cracking but he told me he can’t until he sees the x-​ray result. Right on!
After seeing my x-​ray photo I realized my posture at work needed some ergonomic fix and my bed pillow was too thick. In making immediate changes, the result in minimized pain was within a week and a half. I’m a mother of 2 so motherhood has taken a big toll on my body as well.
I’m feeling much better thanks to Dr. Noël!

I have been to several Chiropractors (Michigan, Mississippi and California) out of all of the Doctors that I have seen Dr. Noël is truly one of the best! He actually treats his patients with compassion and listens with understanding and intelligence. I value his opinion and trust that he has good intentions on treating his patients wanting nothing but the best outcome for their chiropractic needs.
He is also very gentle in his approach with results. (in adjusting the neck area some chiropractors made me feel sore afterwards by too hard of an adjustment, Dr. Noël can adjust my neck and back without the harsh adjustment. I believe this to be a rare find in a Chiropractor).

I’ve been battling back pain for years. Since moving, packing/​unpacking did a number on my back again and the pain was terrible. I wasn’t sure where to go and got a list from my Insurance Co. I called few places and Dr. Noël’s office was the only one that seemed to care enough to give me an appointment for an immediate visit.
I loved my chiropractor in Burbank and didn’t think I would find one as great as him. Boy, was I wrong. Dr. Noël is great!
Everyone in the office is kind, friendly and very patient. Dr. Noël actually takes his time and listens. Everything I told him, he still remembers and treats me with kindness. He really knows what he’s doing and everything he has done, has really been helping. I will continue coming here even when the pain is gone. Maintenance will hopefully prevent future pain.
He offers traditional and modern forms of chiropractic care.
I am still in the process of getting my back fixed. My friends and family have noticed that my gait is back to normal and I am walking much easier since I’ve began my care with Dr. Noël.
Martha and Dr. Noël are incredible and I am very happy that I found them. I love that the doctor also comes in on Saturdays.
