I wish I had listened to my doctor sooner, as it turns out my tension headaches/​migraines I had been experiencing for months WERE stemming not from stress, but from tension in my neck/​para-​spinal muscles. So, being 18 weeks pregnant, and knowing I needed to not have this kind of pain/​discomfort anymore, I gave Complete Balance Solutions a call and easily set up an appointment.
The front office staff — Sara and Elizabeth — are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They truly get to know their patients and call them by name often. It’s such a friendly, warm environment because of their personalities!
I worked with Adriana, and from the very beginning, she was amazing. She has a great personality and her evaluation of me was thorough — and her treatment was the same. She zeroed in on the cause of my headaches, and has magical hands when it comes to easing the tension and stretching muscles! Even better, she gave me a home exercise program to keep up with my treatment in between visits. I also saw a PT Assistant (I think her name was Lauren and I’m so sorry if I’m wrong!) who was also very great and knowledgeable. Every visit I had was equally as important and helpful to my progress.
I’m so mad I didn’t give PT a try months ago when my doc suggested it. It’s not like me to do that, but I do think timing is everything, so I’m so glad I had the experience I did with Complete Balance Solutions. I’d advise anyone and everyone I know to trust their expertise!

Thanks to Complete Balance Solutions, I’m finding answers and more stability. The staff is completely professional, and their facility is state-​of-​the art. I’d be hard pressed to name one therapist in particular, though ~ they’re all spectacular! I’ll probably have vertigo for the rest of my life, but these folks are teaching me how to maintain my balance even when I’m dizzy. They give me hope when I have none. They lift me up with encouragement, and they’re honest with me when they need to be. It’s one of the best PT experiences I’ve ever had.

Do not go here for speech therapy! On Monday, March 14, 2016, I had an appointment with Amanda, the speech therapist. My wife confirmed the appointment by telephone on Friday, March 11. However, due to rain, we were between 8 – 9 minutes late on March 14. From our previous experience, Complete Balance Solutions NEVER takes patients back on time. When we arrived, we were told that my appointment was given to another patient, who obviously had no appointment. It seems that Amanda cares more about making her hourly pay, than waiting for her patients. Be cautious about Amanda because she will not wait for you… she wants to make sure that she is paid. This behavior is quite upsetting to a handicapped person suffering from MS and must go through considerable mental and physical effort to prepare for appointments and rely upon someone else to spend 30 minutes to drive him to these appointments.

Complete Balance Solutions has the most amazing staff! I will start with the friendly front office staff. Sara is always friendly and greets you personally when you enter the office. She always takes care of all the insurance calls without a reminder. She does whatever is necessary to make sure billing is easy and painless.
Mary is our PT and she has amazing knowledge and can think on the fly. My son has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and she never knows what problem he will come in with. His hip may be subluxed, his shoulder dislocated, ribs out of place, clavicle rotated… you get the idea. It doesn’t matter what the problem is she gets him right to work getting things to work smoothly again. This not one of those places that gives you five exercises and leaves you by yourself! I absolutely detest those places because you end up doing the exercise with poor form. Mary stays with you the entire time, adjusting how you do the exercises and correcting your form. She also keeps in contact with the doctor, writes reports and gives amazing feedback on how my son is doing. I highly encourage you to try Complete Balance Solutions they are the entire package complete with bow on top!

We were really excited about the possibility of rehab at this location. However the FRONT DESK person SARAH is completely unprofessional and we will not return. This is really sad because LAUREN was amazing at rehab (find a new place to work Lauren!!). SARAH has belittled us on the telephone, canceled appointments without us knowing, laughed in our faces, and has left voice mails on our phone thinking she has hung up but continued mocking the client with fellow office members ON MY VOICEMAIL. SARAH also laughed over the phone making sense of her behavior saying «well I am the office manager.» I’m waiting on a non returned call from STEVE the owner. DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible customer service of A DISABLED PERSON

I came to see Dr. Patel at Complete Balance Solutions after I had a surgery complication that left me unable to eat anything other than liquids for months. I couldn’t chew and I was in horrible pin day in and day out. I was sure I was going to be in chronic pain the rest of my life, unable to eat like I once used to. Dr. Patel changed everything. He was so confident from day one and he is extremely intelligent. I am in the medical field and I knew right away this guy knew exactly what he was talking about. After only two visits I was eating again and after five visits I was cleared from needing further physical therapy. I now can eat and enjoy all the things I did before my surgery. Everyone at CBS is amazing, so kind and helpful and always understanding. I will forever be grateful for what Dr. Patel has done for me and I have and will continue to refer anyone and everyone to him with any PT needs. Happy healing!

Lauren is the BOMB! After close to two months my mom is really turning a corner. My mother has been very off balance, poor gait, fatigues easily and even has trouble standing at times. I have seen a remarkable difference in her walking, getting in and out bed and her over all daily movement.
I explained to Lauren that she would have to go easy on my mom in the beginning bc she had very little stamina and gave up easily. Lauren listened to everything I told her and really challenged my mom’s balance by working through the BRAIN and also physically pushing her. I am happy that they are part of my mom’s Medicare plan too, what a plus.
Lauren even keeps tabs with me via emails to update me on my mom’s progress and puts home care plans together for her. I can’t thank this facility enough for all the great progress they have made with my mom Mora. My mom comes home feeling like she’s had a tough work out but feels challenged and accomplished at the same time. Lauren even has a kind way of encouraging her when she feels like she may not be making as much headway as she’d like.
Overall this place is the cat’s meow. Thank you!

Professional and completing concerned about your well-​being. They have made tremendous progress with my son and are consistent in their approach, professionalism, and patient care. Awesome place, highly recommend!

My husband had a tragic fall, was in the hospital 5 months, two of which he was in a coma. After finally coming home, he was forever dizzy, unstable, insecure in his walking, and after finding the great staff at Complete Balance Solutions, which was recommended by Ear, Nose, Throat doctor, he improved in all aspects. The therapist worked with him to replace his ear crystals and he regained his sense of balance. It was amazing and we’re thankful for this therapy center. Sue H.

Being a snowbird from MD, I am so grateful that a local ENT recommended that I go
to this rehab center for an evaluation after suffering with vertigo and a vestibular disorder for several years. I was under the expert care of Dr. Nirav Patel. After several weeks of intense therapy, I returned to MD not only feeling better, but with a renewed confidence since I finally had answers to my condition that no other health professional was able to address. I would highly recommend this facility of skilled and dedicated physical therapists. The front desk staff also made each visit enjoyable.

I first heard about CBS from my wife, who needed rehab for rotator cuff surgery in 2012. She raved about Nirav, who was complete, thorough and meticulous. She recovered quite well thanks to him.
Then last year I played too much tennis and got fairly severe tendonitis. BIG ouch! So I too, went to see Nirav. He did what was needed, which was no cakewalk. His business partner Seppan also helped out, both are excellent therapists. I highly recommend seeing either of them.
While I’m reticent to mention it, we too had a billing issue. It has been resolved, and I blame the billing company. It should not deter you from seeking these guys excellent Physical Therapy experience.

The therapy I received at Complete Balance Solutions was great; however this review is reflective of their BILLING & BUSINESS practices! I underwent physical therapy at Complete Balance Solutions for a year. They had an in-​house person who took care of billing issues and we spoke monthly. When my insurance plan changed, it was addressed. I was never told there was any concern and when one billing concern came up, the staff at Complete Balance Solutions told me they would make adjustments so that I could continue my therapy. Then, a YEAR LATER, I was hit with a $ 2500 bill. They switched from in-​house billing to a company (Kareo.) It’s obvious that there was no communication between the Kareo people and the billing formerly done at Complete Balance Solutions. I am DISGUSTED! And because of this one simple issue, there is no way I could recommend someone to Complete Balance Solutions for physical therapy. This makes them look very disorganized! (The Kareo billing department was dismissive and rude and couldn’t care less to explain anything not offer any reasons for the 13-​MONTH DELAY in billing.) The staff Complete Balance Solutions had no explanation as to why the billing was so delayed or why they never addressed these issues a year ago when I was receiving therapy! I’m past the point of frustration and downright angry. So before you go to CBS for therapy — make sure that they’re more organize and on top of their billing problems!

Love this place! Have tried many physical therapy places this one is the best. The front is so helpful and everyone there is so nice.
