The people here are very hopeful but there was a line, so you have to take a ticket and wait and that to me was not real efficient however they made up for it by how sweet and kind they were and how much time it took with you when you were the one up for the service

Awful! I don’t know how they stay in business! They didn’t have ANYTHING I was looking for. Next time I’ll go to either Michael’s or Hobby Lobby.

Sorry excuse for a store! I’ve been to several of the other Joann store locations on the east coast and they are so much better. This place is such a mess. You wait forever to get fabric cut then have to wait another hour to check out since they have no staff working there apparently. The few staff members that are working are very rude and not helpful

There are a quite a few great bargains here on seasonal decorations! One store had to be taken away because, there always kind at the register, but they need two registers going at busy times, there’s a long line 90% of the time for us! The cashiers are always courteous, but when they request help A register back up, the other employees are always busy too!

A big joke! I have only used this Joanne’s store in a pinch over the years because it is small, rundown, and never has any inventory. I usually buy my fabric at Hobby Lobby but the other day I wanted some fancy sequin fabric and decided to give Joanne’s another try since Hobby Lobby does not have a lot of fancy fabrics. Horrible… it gets worse every time I go in… they had nothing… I wish they would either just spend the money, remodel this store and fill it with updated inventory or just close it and put it out of its misery! Maybe someone will get smart and open a nice fabric store in this area!

It was my first time visiting this Joann’s store and I have to say that I liked it… It was much smaller than the other Joann’s store I have been to, but that can be a positive thing. Since you can find what you are looking for faster!
I knew that Michael’s accepts other competitors’ coupons but I wasn’t sure if Joann’s does the same… Well to my surprise they do!!!
I had a coupon from Joann’s for 40% off of a regular priced item… Since I was buying 2 items, I was hoping that another coupon can be used at the same time. Well to my surprise, the coupon could be used together.:-)
I was a happy camper. With these high gas prices, It saved me a trip of driving to a Michael’s store.:-)
Also, don’t forget to do their survey so you could get a coupon of 50% off on your next purchase! Woohoo…

I’m trying to make an accessory for a costume for my nephews bday party. I just spent an hr at the store without anyone asking me once if I needed assistance. Then I went a lil overboard with the items. I used the online 50% coupon from the site off one item. I told the cashier I was new to all this crafty business but that I was trying to make an effort in making this accessory. Lol she didn’t show one ounce of interest and just rang me up. I then sat in my car and looked at the bag and my my receipt and decided I went overboard indeed, so I went back in and said I went a lil crazy and needed to return some items. There was no customers in the store at this point. She was not pleased, you could tell in Ricas face. I then asked if I could use the coupon again, on one of the items I had purchased, and she said no you can’t. I said, most establishments that allow returns allow you to purchase the item again. So you totally can. She was very apparently annoyed and went to ask another employee. They said it was fine. She just seemed to not want to do it out of sheer laziness. She told me this one time she would do it but they aren’t supposed to. She gave me such an attitude while ringing me up I felt so awkward. What kind of customer service was that? Anyway I won’t be returning. I will go to Michaels hence forth. *Rings the Shame bell On JoAnns customer service or lack there of. *

Compared to somewhere like Michael’s where I swear no one even works (try getting someone to help you without going to the registers) I love this place. I was working on two dresses and a baby project and Tracy as well as a college-​aged gentleman and even what seemed a supervisor all gathered around my pattern and fabric to help me decide! Fabric was 40% off and the patterns only a few dollars. Great place to start out! Very helpful, I’ll be back.

Ehhhh customer service could be better. I waited 10 minutes because a customer cut in front of me. The employees did not apologize, but worked slower, which is bizarre. There’s not many Joann’s around, so beggars can’t really be choosers.

There was an ok selection on fabrics. The inside was cluttered and very unorganized. The workers there were rather rude and made me feel that my questions annoyed them. The workers didn’t seem to know how any of the price matching worked. It just wasn’t as smooth of an experience as I’ve hoped.

Disappointing experience at this Joanne’s location. The store itself is grimy, messy, and cramped. The selection was alright, they had a wall of a large variety of calico prints, but I couldn’t find certain products which are usually available at other Joanne’s, or any other fabric store for that matter. What disappointed me the most however was the awful staff. The ladies cutting fabric were not very nice and didn’t help with my questions. I felt like a burden. One of the staff was extremely sassy and rude to another customer over the difference between «natural white» and «white». Give it a rest! You are there to help customers, not argue with them about something so juvenile! Will not be returning to this location unless I am desperate.

This store is so disgusting dirty. the restrooms are foul. Such a low stock on merchandise. Will never go back. I rather drive to Joannes in Foothill Ranch then to come back to this one. I would rate it no stars if I could.

Joanne’s is the worst store ever! I am a teacher and bought $ 50 worth of dye for a class project just to make sure my students had enough. Turns out we only needed $ 10 of it and I tried to return the rest. The receipt was lost but I had my bank account pulled up on my phone and the card I used that day. They agreed to only give me $ 20 for the $ 40 worth of dye. They didn’t care that I’m a teacher going out of my way to make things exciting in my classroom. They don’t care that I don’t make a lot of money and that $ 40 is a lot to me. They wouldn’t even honor store credit or anything. I’m keeping the dye and donating it to another teacher or group that can use $ 40 worth for some other project. I will never be a customer at their store again and I will certainly tell everyone I know to never shop here again. Thank you Michael’s stores for at least being reasonable.

The selection of fabric is «okay». I think the ladies who work here are unhappy. They don’t seam to enjoy their work and it shows. I have seen them grouchy and rude/​mean to some customers. :(

I always find the exact fabric and trim (and more) that I need at this store. Mostly all the employees are always friendly. But today as I was buying my supplies, the older lady with short gray hair at the fabric counter displayed a very rude attitude. She gave attitude to some ladies who were in line before me, and would complain about every guest as soon as they left. When I got up there, I changed my mind about the length of one trim after she had cut it. She very obviously sighed and said, «I don’t like that.» What the hell? I understand retail isn’t always rainbows and butterflies but if she is going to have that attitude then she shouldn’t work customer service.

Let me preface this by saying that I am, for lack of a better word, a sewing «noob.» When it comes to fabrics, I’m clueless. I printed out a coupon, drove to the store with a vision of the beautiful tablet case I was to finagle for myself, and popped in one afternoon.
Fortunately, there was a store-​wide sale on nearly all fabrics. Since I didn’t need much however, I was able to get by on just buying a fabric square, and also finding a usable felt piece from the scrap shelf. I did wander about aimlessly, and wasn’t able to find someone to assist me since they seemed understaff.
Note, even if it’s not busy, take a number to have your fabric cut. I stood waiting in line, only to have a few other people pull numbers. Since they then started adhering to the number system once things got busier, I had to wait longer.
An employee who did manage to spot me very frustratedly trying to choose buttons was very sweet, and gave me great input.
Overall, the store is just cramped and difficult to navigate, especially once the afternoon crowd picks up. The plus is that you can almost always find a coupon online for a discount on fabric.

Good help is hard to find. Though I was the NEXT person to be helped– the older woman with the shaggy butch haircut left the cutting area to help another older woman, who spent her time dabbling around the fabrics, with this clerk in tow. I was so irate! Checkout was simple. I will not go back to this store again. Not worth the headache!

I like to go into Joanne’s as I go to the gym right next door frequently. Its a busy store at the cutting table, so you have to be patient, but they’ve always been helpful. Today I called about the knife sharpening, and the girl was very friendly and helpful. I love their sales on seasonal items. The best. :)

This Jo-​Ann Fabric will be my last trip there. It is a complete dump… I was so confused because there is NO ORGANIZATION to it… warehouse dump site is what it is. I just wanted to cry. I will spend the extra gas to drive further for my fabric and supplies. and don’t even think about using facilities… eck!!!I am so upset over this. HELP. the closest Jo-​Ann fabric store is built in never neverland. new and clean.

Dirty, un-​organized and un friendly people here. The line to checkout was like waiting for a ride at Disney.
I would not return.
