Let me start by saying I am not a client of Mr. Rosenbaums, but I attended two meeting with a prospective client of his for support and I must say I appreciate how he seems to be ‘on the ball’ with explaining things and answering questions we both had without making you feel like you were wasting his time.

I highly recommend John Rosenbaum for attorney services. I was severely injured on the job; which left me permanently disabled for life, and my place of employment fought me every step of the way. I retained John Rosenbaum services, after I was getting nowhere with my employer, and not getting fair medical treatment that I deserve. John Rosenbaum took charge and let me say he knows his stuff and took bull by horns! And Put them in check. Immediately I was getting medical treatment I needed desperately and harassment stopped after retaining his services. John and his staff are very friendly and made feel not like a client but more like a friend during the entire process. He always took my calls or called me back in timely manner. if I had any questions regarding the process and he always made sure I understood everything during my settlement process. Long story short John got me settlement that will last a lifetime and since I have referred family and friends and highly recommend john he is definitely 5stars across board you won’t be disappointed with John Rosenbaum!!!

I found John Rosenbaum on the internet. I got incredibly lucky this time. I have had a workers comp case going on for over 3 years with a law firm that did nothing to help me. Compassionate and always returned phone calls in a timely manner. John is an excellent workmen’s comp attorney! When a needed second surgery was denied, due to Worker’s Comp dragging their feet, John got them to agree to the second repair by sending a letter that convinced them of my husbands’ need.
Excellent rapport with all the doctors that we had to get reports from. He kept everyone on their toes and got our case settled quickly.
He is easy to talk to and understood all our concerns and addressed them all!
Very professional staff. John’s years of experience have made him the best choice.

At first so many denials for medical treatment. So many denials for payments due to me. John is so good I received TTD 8 yrs after injury when I needed to have my back surgery. Fighting for you is an understatement. Even having to wait 2hrs in the waiting room for my QME (qualified medical evaluator) I called John and told him I can’t stay any longer. He Asked me to hand the phone to the people behind the desk. Not sure what the conversation was but I was able to go home. Rebooked for a week or so later. These apps. Are booked 6 months in advance and your not suppose to miss them. On my return I was treated like royalty.
We as patients have enough physical and financial problems to deal with. The work-​comp system can work for you with the right attorney. I did try and go without an attorney. The system has gotten so complicated. Completely impossible to get any kind of quality medical unless you have a good attorney. I have the best medical team you can have. My area of expertise. Working with some of the best athletes in the world. From the Olympic’s to XGame’s.
John Rosenbaum is the one who got me the medical team I have now. Along with every dollar I was entitled to. Some of which you most likely don’t know exists.
