Dr. Joe Preziosi is an amazing chiropractor!!! If you ever have back pain or just need an adjustment he will help you out! I know several people that have gone here and have been helped out with great success.
The staff is amazing and they always seem to work in a last minute appointment if needed.

I have been going to La Paz Spine and Rehab for quite a few years. I have been completely pleased with everything from my treatment with Dr P to the office staff. Dr P is very professional, friendly and caring at the same time. I feel that he and Dr Adamo really have their patients best interests in mind and care about them. Thankfully, I am only receiving maintenance chiropractic to manage my back issues. However, when I have had acute problems I have been able to get an appointment immediately for treatment. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for an appointment.
I referred my daughter to this practice after a car accident for treatment and she was also very pleased with her experience and results
I have dealt with the billing staff on several occasions to work out insurance questions and have always found the people very helpful and willing to work to resolve any issues.
I am very happy with the service and treatment I have received.

Absolutely felt very at home when I walked in for the first time! I went there since I had been going to another physical therapy office for 4 months and I had no results. I have only been 3 times for physical therapy and all 3 times I feels better and better. John knows exactly where my neck hurts and targets it with exercises and a massage and then stem and ice for about 10 – 15 minutes. Laura his assistant is very patient and very nice to be around. This physical therapy team ROCKS! Thanks again John and Laura!!!

I went to Dr. Adamo after a slip and fall for a PI case. He took Xrays and gave special attention to review Xrays and tests that were taken at the ER to set treatment plan.
At first I saw the Nurse Practitioner Rachelle who is really good, thorough and nice for a full evaluation. With regular chiropractic treatments and Physical Therapy with John Sims head PT-​who I love!, my pain is almost gone. Dr. Preziosi is the other chiropractor partnered with Dr. Adamo who worked on me one time – and I really liked him as well.
Dr. Campbell holds his disc specialty practice within the same offices that I have witnessed treating his patients on the decompression therapy machine but I have not yet tried it, I really want to! He seems very knowledgeable and very personable about specific disc issues.
The office runs smoothly and professionally and there is virtually little– to– no wait time in the waiting room, even with a busy office that they have! I recommend La Paz Spine and Rehab Center as a go-​to office that really cares and who is professional with their 30 year reputation in Laguna Hills– two thumbs up!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Adamo since November of 2014 with severe lower back pain. I could barely walk on that first appointment. L4 & L5 extreme back pain with severe disc degeneration. After x-​rays and an examination they gave me my treatment plan. He has a Disc Specialist in his office, Dr. Rob Campbell who I also saw for Decompression Therapy. I’m happy to say that after 14 Decompression Therapy treatments, and regular adjustments by Dr. Adamo, I am pain free again and working on developing my core strength so that this doesn’t ever happen to me again. I highly recommend this office especially if your only other choice is to have back surgery. Their office also has a Nurse practitioner that does Trigger Point & joint injections if needed of which I had a series of both types of injections. Very effective in my healing process and in controlling the severe pain. Physical Therapy also all in the same office. What I really appreciated is appointments run on time, no waiting. This office really runs smoothly.

Both Dr. ‘P’ and Dr. ‘A’ are excellent chiropractors. NOTE: My primary Dr. was Dr. ‘P’, but I did see Dr. ‘A’ twice, and he is excellent too.
Treatment plans are outlined and thoroughly explained (based on your X-​rays and an examination), and the treatment plan is not limited to just chiropractic «adjustments» — the practice has physical therapists, plus a nurse/​physician assistant who treats tense muscles and joint pain with injections, and other services as well (which I haven’t used, such as diet plans, etc.) They also have a massage therapist (although I have not used her because I have one already). And, I sincerely appreciate that their services/​treatment are priced very fairly, especially in comparison to other Chiropractic/​Spinal care practices in Orange County that offer similar services.
FYI: During my scheduled treatment plan, when new injuries occurred (e.g. I fell and twisted my ankle), my Dr. took it very seriously and did the adjustments needed to provide me with quick pain relief. All my adjustments have been gentle and effective.
I recommend La Paz Spine and Rehab — they really do care about their patients, and they will make you feel better!

La Paz Spine and Rehab has a slogan: health in caring hands. Dr Preziosi takes a great deal of time to explain what your health issues are and how the treatments will help. He is extremely thorough and friendly. The end result was that my neck pain went away. I’m very pleased with my experience with Dr Preziosi and his team, and would recommend him highly.

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THIS TEAM! So I’ve seen other Chiropractors in the past, and they were fine, nice and knowledgeable. But this group… they are such big thinkers, truly interested in the WHOLE person and complete healing. I’ve appreciated their straightforward approach and treatments. I’ve LOVED the fact that they are a «full service» group including a RN Practitioner, 2 Chirporactors and have a Physical Therapy section right in the office. So my treatments are so much more… comprehensive and forward thinking. And it’s easier for me, I can do it all in 1 stop. They customize their services to meet my needs, which was vitally important when I started seeing them a few months ago. When I started with Dr. Adamo, I could barely move from a bad bad fall. I had headaches everyday and my neck/​back were a mess. I was literally «hunched up» on my right side. In time, with their treatments and PT I’ve not only improved — I’m BETTER than I was before my fall. I also deeply appreciate their Nurse Practitioner Rochelle, she’s professional, helpful, thoughtful and has been a key part of my success there. The team is outstanding, from the front desk to the PT treatments to the RN’s and Doctors, I highly highly recommend their practice!

La Paz Spine and Rehab is the first Chiropractic office I have ever been to, and after the results and quality of care I received, this is the only place I will go. I went from barely being able to pick up and tie my shoes in the morning, after my car accident, to pretty much performing all my normal, daily activities in less than two months.
In addition to the great care I received while I was there, I was given all the tools and instruction needed to continue my rehab at home. One of my favorite sayings I learned here was «Don’t hide the symptoms, fix the problem» and that is exactly what they did.
The level of customer service that is offered at this office is amazing, not once was I told to sit and wait for my allotted appointment time, they were more than willing to work with my schedule. All of the doctors and staff are friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend La Paz Spine and Rehab to anyone and everyone.

they will SCREW up your billing. I called every single month for 6 months straight for them to correct their screw ups. their «billing» dept is RUDE and STUPID.
they had our address wrong and instead of just asking what our correct address was (since we were in there once every month) they turned it over to their collection agency who was just about as rude as them… what a DISASTER to straighten out!!! do not waste your time here unless you want to be frustrated EVERY SINGLE TIME you get your statement.
again it kills me to give them even one star but in order to post this i have to give in.

I have been going to La Paz Chiropractic for 5 years. The Dr. listens to my problem, explores the problem area and sets out a plan for treatment. The treatment is appropriate and I have always gotten back being pain free. The doctors and staff who have treated me are professional and well trained and very concerned about my well being.
I would give this five stars but there is usually a bit of a wait with the receptionist saying «it will only be a few moments». I understand this is a busy practice. Once I get into see the doctor, I have his full attention.
