Literally time stops in this place. Zero rush with these people. Not only that, not one smile or anything that you would expect with customer service.

December 12, 2015 Thomas, in the computer support center, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I spoke to him on the phone and described some issues with my computer. He requested I bring it in and I am so pleased with the service and resolution. He explained what was happening in a way I could understand. I will not hesitate to contact him in the future should the need arise.

Ian at the print center was awesome: professional, fast, knowledgable and very helpful. His advice on printing my materials was welcomed and well worth it. I needed lamination and cutting which was done fast and beyond my expectations. I’ll be coming here for my printing and office needs! Thank you, Ian

They have a large variety of items in pretty much any office supply category you could think of to want. Pricing is always the difficult part of liking this chain. If you go during a sale, or promotion, it’s pretty good. If you go and just want to get something, not so much.
Went in for new office supplies to suit my new office environment, and found plenty of cute things, but couldn’t justify the spend when other places have similar items for less. It’s a great place to hit during back to school time since the deals are pretty good. However, on the whole you’ll want to check the weekly flyers and shop based on those more than just running in and out.

The customer service is horrible!!! Four stars for the tech service department! Donovan is the go to there! Store is clean, neat, and not ever crowded!

5 stars! Way to go OfficeMax! I have had the best service from this location. I always come here for my printing needs for work and I am always greeted with a smile from Joe and Becca! They are the BEST! Amazing service and always friendly! Joe always gave me 100% with a smile at all times. Becca is always on the ball and always very polite :) I have been to other locations and I have to say this one is the best! Way to go OfficeMax team! Thanks for everything! You guys deserve a Raise!!!

Office max has good deals compare to micro center, best buys, even frys.

Located in Laguna Hills off of El Toro Road is a branch of the office supply retailer OfficeMax. We recently came here in hopes to utilize the coupons from their recent mailer towards some office furniture for my parents and a few office supplies. We were grateful to have found everything that we had come for in stock.
The check-​out process was where it got complicated. The salesperson who helped us made what should have been simple a quite confusing process. He went in circles saying that a coupon couldn’t be applied to sale items even though nothing we were buying was marked down. We had already read all of the fine print on the coupon beforehand. Then he was completely confused unable to figure out how to ring up the promotional gift cards that came with our purchases and tossed out all of the activation receipts that came with it. We’re just crossing our fingers that all of the gift cards were processed correctly and have the correct amounts on them.

No wonder any time you come here there is only one other customer. Service here sucks. You almost feel like you are bugging them.
