Hired this Robson Appliances to fix my Dryer switch, he charged me 138.00 dollars I had to call him back to my home because the Plastic switch that he replaced did not last. Ask him if could fix it and he said that this should of lasted more than a couple of months. He said he only Guaranties his work and parts 30 days. He would not help us and left. BEWARE ! BEWARE!

Called, and got a quick response pickup of the phone. Arrived quickly… Within 45 minutes! Mr. Souza came out, and was able to diagnose and fix my Kenmore dishwasher within 20 minutes. Afterwards, he showed me how to get better use of my dishwasher by showing me how it works. Reasonably priced too. Really appreciated his fast, professional, and friendly service. He will be our go-​to for appliance repairs!!! We highly recommend!

Poked holes in our dryer vent on back of dryer and used tape to cover holes. The Gas Company has marked this as an extreme hazard and the appliance should not be used until corrected. Contacted Robson and he wants to deny that they poked holes and is oblivious as to how the tape got on there!!! Wants to charge me near $ 100 to come out and replace the $ 20 part that he put on and comprised the safety of our house and family! I wouldn’t recommend this company as they are just not an honest outfit. Take your business elsewhere. Was also extremely difficult to schedule my appointment from the get go.

Robson arrived punctually, and replaced a worn splash guard in my InSinKerator disposer. HIs work was quick, quiet and efficient. If I need his help again, I will call him.

Robson is a Miracle worker. We had an oversize frying pan with an long handle (Rachael Ray’s) stuck in the warming tray of our GE gas range, and for 6 months everyone tried to get it out and failed. the handle was so wedged that it appeared that the only way to get it out was either to bomb it, dismantle the entire range, or buy another range. Robson came in and worked tirelessly with such patients that none of us could possibly have endured. In about 20 minutes he did what no one could do, he got the over-​sized Rachael Ray frying pan out. I couldn’t believe it, and the pan is still intact, now hung on the wall as a monument. Very professional, on time, and more than reasonably priced for accomplishing its removal without tearing the entire range apart as suggested by others. A job well done and he most certainly is now our new appliance repair man for all appliances.

Fridge went out on a Sunday morning. UGH. Called around and found Robson. He was at my house in 2 hours. Since there was an ice issue and we had to wait for it to melt, he got started with what he could do, left (remember, it’s Sunday!) and told us to call him when it melted. A few hours later, we called him and he came back and finished the job. No extra charge for the Sunday call (service call was $ 55) and no extra charge for the return visit. The repair was $ 77. Robson was friendly, worked quickly, and was incredibly sensitive to a painful family situation going on at the same time. I cannot highly enough recommend him. Personal, fast and professional service. He went above and beyond, and yesterday, it made all the difference to a grieving family.
