Business Owner

Dr. Amy Vu is a California Board licensed optometrist, certified to treat and manage diseases of the eye and to use therapeutic pharmacological agents. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Vu received her doctorate of optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She has extensive clinical experience in comprehensive vision examination, fitting specialty contact lenses and managing in refractive surgery.

Dr. Vu is a clinical director of NVision Laser Center in Newport Beach. She oversees patients pre and post operatively who have undergone refractive surgeries as LASIK, PRK (photorefractive keratoplasty), implantable contact lenses (ICL), Intacs, pterygium removals and cataract surgeries. She is very experienced in the state-​of-​art technology for refractive surgery, such as Intralase and Custom Wavefront lasers.
