Arrive In Style Limousines

I had a great time and a very enjoyable experience. The driver was very nice and showed up 15 minutes early!!! Everyone was very pleased with the great experience and had a fun time. The best part was that a normal expensive 2 hour ride, was cheap and enjoyable.

I LOVED this company! I will be using them again in the future for all our Limo needs! The Limo was clean and on time! The driver Marvin was so professional and sweet, best Limo company I have ever used! Steve was helpful and honest! The company was over and above what I expected! Thanks again!

Pick a different company.
I called and was quoted a price for a 10 passenger limo. When i recvd the confirmation, it said it was an 8 passenger. When I called to question the error, I was told it «says 8 but its really a 10.’ I questioned again and offered to just cancel the order if only an 8 passenger was available. I was assured it was a 10 passenger.
When the limo arrived, it looked like an 8 passenger. I asked the driver and he confirmed that the Arrive In Style doesnt even have 10 passenger limos.
As a result, I had to stuff my guests, cramped in the limo for a 2.5 hour drive to and from LA.
Nightmare.

Here is the email my husband sent to Steve at AIS: It says it all.
Dear Steve,
We rented a Hummer limo for the evening of Nov 19^th. The event was my daughter’s Sweet 16^th Birthday. This was to be a very special event and one my daughter was looking forward to. The event and entertainment value of the night was ruined by the fact that your limo’s CD player was not functional the entire time. There were 17 girls in the limo, no music –all disappointed.
When we called to ask for help, we got the run-​around from Pat from your office. She proceeded to tell/​argue with me and then with my wife, insisting that the unit was «working» and that it was your driver’s inability to operate the equipment correctly. This argument did nothing more than make the situation worse. There was in fact no contingency plan in this situation! The girls had no music the whole evening. Can you imagine that — a Sweet 16 with NO MUSIC? Not only did it ruin my daughter’s birthday celebration, but Pat’s cavalier attitude, lack of customer service and compassion for the situation ruined our night. I understand that equipment sometimes malfunctions and there are things that go wrong but Pat’s unhelpful attitude and then lack of a plan really put me over the edge.
Your driver then, to add insult to injury, dropped the 17 girls off 15 mins early and left them there at 10:45 PM in front of a dark empty house on a below –50– degree night. Fortunately we were only minutes behind. However, he abandoned the kids before I had a chance to discuss the events with him and to look at the equipment once again.
The experience was terrible and we all feel cheated. I would like you to call me personally to discuss the matter. Furthermore I feel you should provide us with a significant refund. This will not make up for the ruined party, but will provide a business solution for the failed equipment and awful customer service we received.
Steve, make this right.

After several emails back and forth, all AIS did was adjust our bill giving us only $ 100 off the original price. Our daughter’s party was significantly affected by the lack of working equipment and I don’t feel that the discount gave us any satisfaction.
I will NEVER use AIS again and would recommend to anyone out there considering AIS to RUN, not walk from this limo company.

This was the absolute worst limo service i have ever dealt with. The only thing this limo service wants from you is your money. I had an absolute horrible time with a driver who was treating was like we were in elementary school. He said «Im not driving around for six hours.» Isn’t a limo drivers job to drive a limo? We paid for a six hour service and got dropped off early due to poor service. He did not take us anywhere that we wanted to go because «he didn’t want to drive.» After talking to owner of the company she would not adjust any of the payments we had made. All she wanted was our money. I advise you to go somewhere else when choosing a limo service! I could go on in paragraphs about this limo service but instead i will just tell you now to choose a different limo service! You will thank me later, that I am sure of…
