I highly recommend Chris Robertson. I was searching on Redfin where Chris was the Redfin partner agent for a property I was interested in. He pretty much cold called me! I could tell over the phone that he was determined to help us find a new home. We went to his office that same afternoon. He listened to our needs and was available for showings throughout the week.
I applaud his perseverance, businesslike work ethic and positive vibe throughout the process as we all know it can be stressful! He is an expert at what he does and you will be downright satisfied!

I have known Chris personally for several years and this is the first time I have worked with him in this capacity. When I was considering selling my Condo he was the first person I called and he made everything run smoothly. Once we received offers, everything changed. I ended up in the hospital in ICU for 2 weeks and everything was put on hold. Chris was by our side the entire time and once I was home we received several offers and sold my home! I would highly recommend Chris Robertson in any real estate transaction. We have purchased and sold two homes with him, and I could not have been more pleased. He deftly handled and negotiated all issues (including some very significant hurdles). He maintained excellent, constant communication with us as client, explaining the process in very thorough detail at each stage. He coordinated two separate, concurrent escrows, which included lenders, agents, inspectors and escrow companies flawlessly. He made sure everyone was on the same page at all times. He negotiated a very significant price reduction for us in an extremely competitive market with his excellent negotiation skills.
