For over 20 years Joe has taken great pride in having a huge impact on the local Real Estate market place. With much enthusiasm Joe entered residential sales straight out of college with his main focus on «building» a solid business. He quickly learned that what was widely considered an easy business to «try out» it was far from easy to build something worth having. Although he enjoyed great success in the late 1980’s boom he was soon challenged by the early 1990’s. As many companies and agents fled the industry Joe saw nothing but opportunity. He quickly identified the voids in the market and his business and following grew exponentially! He focused on helping homeowners with the «Short Sale» process, creating marketing systems and vendor partnerships that preserved a home sellers equity. 20 years later, multiple markets Joe is still focused on staying one step a head of the market!
