Ok! So I haven’t been able to see Karen again since my first visit a few weeks back, but let me just say that whatever she did has made SUCH a tremendous difference!
I have been seeing different practitioners now for the last year or more, trying to help me manage some pain and weakness I was experiencing in my shoulder and arm.
Well for the first time I have been 90% pain free and am functioning normally. My attention is finally off my body, and out on the people I’m serving and the things I’m creating. I am so beyond grateful!
Thank you so much Karen for your dedication and diligence to your craft, and to putting your whole heart and soul into what you do. It is such a gift, and so much more than I ever hoped for.

Over the last 2 years, my girlfriend has been struggling with neck and back issues that had resulted from a car accident. Finding relief has been almost impossible, but once she went to see Karen, that all changed. Karen was able to find the source of her pain and thoroughly explained how she would treat her using various reflexology and massage techniques. My girlfriend felt relief for the first time in almost 2 years and it was all because of Karen! She is extremely thorough and will make sure that she treats your pain the best she can.
I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who is looking for a practitioner who is able to find the source of their pain and provide outstanding treatment that will give you results. She is genuinely passionate about what she does and her years of study certainly show in her work. We do not live close, but we will definitely be back to see Karen again because her treatment is WORTH IT!

Karen is a holistic health practitioner who spent many years honing her craft. She is a very knowledgeable practitioner. She knows the body inside and out and treats the whole person, mind, body and spirit. She alleviated the stress and tightness in my neck and went the extra mile by helping me understand the best positions for traveling in the car, sleeping and working at the computer. 5 stars are not enough for Karen Gamal. She is one of the most loving, caring, skilled massage therapist I know. She is also well educated in herbology, and supplements, I refer to her as my primary doctor. I have to say that as much as she likes to do full body massage, her passion is reflexology. Karen loves feet! and my feet love her. When I get reflexology from her I have the same effect of getting a full body massage. When I get work from her I also get high dosages of love, she has this gift of pouring love on her clients. I get loved, pampered and this is the best healing sessions one can get.

I have been to many massage therapists asking them to massage my feet. I have plantar fashitis. Not until I found Karen has anyone been able to work my feet like she can. She is extremely knowledgeable. More importantly, she loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is very reasonable and provided a quite relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend her highly and suggest that if any of you are suffering from painful feet, this is the place to be, not Massage Envy or such. They do not have her knowledge. She is highly qualified and educates you along the way.

Karen is not only a talented and knowledgable therapist, but she also cares deeply for each of her clients. She puts her heart and soul into every session and in making it the best experience every time. She pampers her clients with soothing music and a touch that emanates love and trust. It doesn’t get any better than that! Her reflexology is the best, but her knowledge extends to supplements and diet as well the various massage modalities she has been trained in. With Karen you have someone who genuinely cares about your health and well being. In the 11 years I have been getting massages, I have not found another therapist that is as dedicated and passionate about their work as Karen is.

I’ve been going to Karen for massage sessions for almost 4 year now, and as someone who gets frequent massages I can say that she is probably one of the most skilled therapist anyone can find in Orange County. She works out of her studio, so this is not a fancy, spa/salon setting, but you will have a GREAT massage. She is trained in so many different techniques that treats chronic pains with myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, and one of my most favorite, Reflexology! She has soothing music for every treatment and the studio is located upstairs in a quiet building (no one walking outside of your treatment rooms!)
I was so glad to have found her as my go-to massage therapist after trying TOO MANY places and overpaying every time I wanted a good massage and relaxation from stress. She is very professional and also nationally certified in therapeutic massage and Bodywork. If you’ve been looking for that therapist, who is trained thorough, detailed and can customize each session depending on your condition, you should give her a try!
