Martin is exceptionally well versed with products, design, quality, presentation and interpretation, and provides a level of customer service well above what you would expect. Initially he will address the conceptual design with you, adding his comments to make sure you are making a complete and appropriate choice decision. Once he has this he puts together what was discussed and reviews the design further with you. Once this is completed he then completes the design and gets the sign off, even asking to double/​triple check spelling, telephone numbers, addresses, websites, etc. He makes sure that you are kept aware of delivery times and methods.
Martin provides great follow up and follow through leaving me with peace of mind knowing that my order has been taken care of.

Martin the owner really takes the time to work with you and hold your hand from initial design all the way through final completion. They do fabulous graphic design and really make it easy to be turn-​key.

I tried NPS for the first time based on the only other positive review, however, my experience was exactly the opposite. I had a very small job where I was quoted one rate and was charged another. I tried to ask Martin to honor the quoted rate and he would not do so. I will not be using them for future business.

NPS is the best in the business. I have been using them for the past 2 years. They do everything from business cards to major print jobs. We just used them for a large client project and the results were terrific. Martin Stolzenberg is wonderful to work with. He truly understands client service and he is always willing to go the extra step to make sure the end result is top notch. As is typical with client projects we made a lot of changes. Martin just rolled with our changes.
