We Specialize in the Service and Repair of 1995 and newer BMW, MINI and Mercedes Benz. We have the training and technology to perform the work properly. 36 month/36,000 miles warranty on most repairs. We honor most extended service contracts. Service performed by Quality Motors will maintain your warranty. We have pre owned cars in stock.

Local shutttle service and loaner cars are available. We opened our doors July 1, 1980. Come experience the difference that experience can make.

I had a great experience with Quality Motors, taking my BMW in for service. They provided photos of the things that needed attention and discussed in length what needed to be done. They provided a loner car for free and got me my car back in a day. I also saved money by going there. The dealer would have charged 30% more. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love Quality Motors and their expertise, professionalism and friendliness! Yesterday at 0530 on way to work I punctured a «run flat» tire. I called Mike on cell phone and he met me at shop after being towed. He personally drove to pick up 2 tires (the other back tire needed replacement) and had them shortly put on! Mike, Mark and John are all knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. Besides reasonable and timely service, we have purchased 4 BMWs that have been great cars? Thanks you guys! (:

I have taken my Mercedes GL in several times to the guys at Quality Motors. Each time I received the utmost professionalism. They would take the time to explain the problems I was encountering with the car and answer my questions. These guys know their stuff. Repairs were done well and in a timely fashion, and always at a price significantly lower than the dealer’s. I always appreciate the convenient shuttle service and car wash!

Scheduled my B Service on my 2012 E350 MBZ with Mark at Quality Motors. The Place is very clean, the Service Professional, and overall a good sense of Quality. The name really does fit. They did everything as promised for a price that was 50% of what the Dealer Charges. Got my car washed and ready to go as promised. Could not recommend them more highly.

I started bringing my BMWs to Quality 20 years ago and I have hade nothing but good experience with these guys. I have had a 735, 320, 635 and 325 serviced by them over the years and we recently bought an X3 from them. I have had the 635 for 15 years and the 325 for 10 years. I keep my cars for a long time and one of the reasons I do is that Quality keeps the cars in great shape and running reliably. They are impeccably honest and reliable. I moved from South County to Irvine, but I still take my cars to Quality for service.

What i liked:
Professional, dealer-​like check-​in and better … the person knows cars.
